Took these on our first cruise and they were super helpful. I typically don’t get sea sick, but my husband does, and he said they helped him immensely. He started taking them before we got on the ship, and took them every day until we ended our trip. He said they were easy to take and had to issues with nausea while he was taking them. And they worked quick too! I took one on our last day at sea, which I started to feel a little queasy. within an hour I was already feeling better. Highly recommend buying for any sea adventure!

It works!!! I get car sick if I don't do the driving. I keep this in my purse at all times. It ALWAYS works!! You can't feel anything and it DOESN'T make you sleepy.

I want to preface by saying I usually don't rely on medication for anything, however, this is my life saver when I'm at Disney or Universal for the simulator style rides. Sometimes I'll occasionally need it on plane rides but it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to nausea!

Take one the night before you go on a boat, and another before you get on. Keep your eyes on the horizon when on the water. I was on an hour long boat ride on the open ocean and did not get nausea at all. Taking just one before you get on a boat will result in you getting nauseous - I learned this the hard way on a fishing charter and it was the worst 4 hours of my life.
