I've never taken these before but so far so good. No adverse affects of upset stomach, no allergic reaction. So yeah, I recommend. People complain about the size of the pack but there are 1000 seeds. No I didn't count them. I believe the reaction to the size is because most think of the Papaya seed when it's fresh out of the fruit but these are dried so of course they've shrunk down in size as all of the moisture is extracted during the drying process. I almost didn't order because of this complaint - don't listen. This packaging size and quantity is perfect considering the high quality.

Great product. I've used for about a week in a half. It was my first time doing the detox. I started off with a teaspoon a day for about 3 days and moved to 2 a day. It took a few days to start detoxing me. I am going to move up in dosage as I want the full parasite detox. Bought a second one to continue for about 3 weeks. But the first one got me about a week and a half of use for majority of 2 teaspoons daily. No stomach aching from it ether.
