Let's start this review off by stating that the various plant proteins and plant-based ingredients used to make this beverage taste quite... planty... You can definitely taste the pumpkin seeds and other additives. It does taste like chocolate, however, it has a very thick smoothie-like texture to it. That being said, all of the natural ingredients and plant protein plus all of the vitamins and minerals all in one 230 calorie package makes it a perfect protein shake breakfast if you are aiming for weight loss. It has several weight management nutrients such as Chromium content which has slight weight-loss benefits. These sell for about $3-$5 in stores so buying in bulk is a smart choice if taste isn't an issue for you. My advice is do not buy this product if taste is a big issue for you. If you prioritize reaping nutrients in one serving and do not care about taste or texture then this is a perfect product for you!

Not really good

Great source of protein, pretty healthy. The price is pretty expensive though and the picture says 35 grams, but it's really 32 grams which is deceitful. I also wish they didn't put all the oils in it. For a product that is only what you need, I don't think we need that.

This is by far the BEST tasting shake! I wake up everyday and drink one! I always feel satisfied after drinking!

First, I’m not Vegan. I choose protein drinks on how well they agree with my digestive tract. Dairy based proteins tend to bloat me. These are great! Taste great, no digestive issues. I even drink them warm, out of my gym bag. Would definitely recommend these.
