Good product, easy instructions.
Very good and easy solution, flavor came through and the meat was juice. I had a turkey submerged for 30 hours, and cooked slowly to keep it moist. Certainly I would buy again.

This was excellent on chicken wings! I went a bit overboard because I didn't have any rib seasonings and used some on my ribs.... wasn't meant to be.... Didn't taste as well on ribs, but the chicken wings tasted awesome!

Need 2 packs for a turkey
Good seasoning. Not quite enough though for a whole turkey brine. It’s enough brine for 6 cups. So for a turkey you’ll need two packets.

Best Turkey Brine Hands Down !!
Excellent ! My turkey was super moist and delish. I added fresh rosemary and thyme, 2 whole onions, and 2 lemons and oranges slices and additional water.

It's okay
It claims it will brine 15lbs of meat. I followed instructions to the letter and there was definitely not enough brine to cover the turkey. I had to make a quick homemade brine to add to it to cover completely. If you have loose meat, you may be okay. It is an easy to use product, but the measurements are off.
