This strap is more comfortable than the original Polar H7 strap and it's also cheaper. For me, the critical design feature is the snap attachment of the sensor body to the strap, it has to be in the correct position or the strap won't lay flat.

so far so good, i have to test it for a longer period of time before giving the definitive hands up !

5 stars. My original band feel apart from sweating and stopped being reliable. This has been an awesome replacement. So far it’s worked every time I used it. Very good product for the price. Highly recommend.
