Advise take a photo of the wires or do one at a time so don’t get it wrong. £25 and my £200 toaster is working again. I recently also changed all the elements- that took longer but made it as good as new. Buy a Dualit - it’s good for life.

Decent quality replacement

Avoid buying it - Not Safe product - Risk of Fire
One connector of the timer just melted internally, from inside. This is a serious defect / fault as it is due to a short-circuit inside the timer as the timer is not at all in contact with the resistances and isolated from them in it's own compartment. I could not believe my eyes. A disgrace. PS: I put one star because the system does not allow me to put zero or a negative number

Old one lasted years, no reason to expect different

Saved me a bundle, and it was easy to fit.
When my Dualit toaster time went on the blink my wife was all for buying a new one. But they cost a fortune - about £170 for our one. I checked the internet and found a number of compatible packs of replacement parts, but in the end decided to go direct to Dualit, as getting the real genuine parts seemed a better bet than saving a few pounds on a compatible. Fitting it involved undoing quite a number of screws, but it was pretty simple, took me about 10 minutes in total. The new one is even better than the old, so all happy.

What a pleasure to be able to mend something these days! Check out YouTube for simple instructions and go ahead. Genuine part that was a breeze to fit, giving me another ten years of happy toasting!

Perfect product and great value
Got everything shown in the picture but only actually needed the timer. Handy to have spares but not likely to be used anytime soon. That said great value compared to going straight to Dualit who want 25% more with posting. Should I need another switch in the future I'l be buying from here again.

Replacement for stuttering control. Took 20 minutes. Easy peasy!
