Results are poor!

I dont know why this was recommended by many doctors on social media but it coloured my roots dark purple and not black

The colour result came out soft and natural-looking — not harsh or overly bright. My hair looks darker/moodier (depending on the shade) rather than artificially “dyed.” No strong smell or scalp irritation after application. I did a patch test first (recommended for all hair dyes), and I felt comfortable using it.

The product image displays Natural Black, but the description states Jet Black, creating a clear discrepancy. When I reached out to customer care for a return or replacement, they outright refused to address the issue.
