I’m on my third bottle. I used the large bottle in a small bottle and I’m now in another large bottle. So that’s how long I’ve been taking this. I take two scoops of live conscious collagen every morning, except weekends and add a cap full of this. I feel like my very long, but thin hair is not falling out as much. Collagen has mainly helped me with body pain. I think this has made my hair stronger.

The last time I ordered this, it came in a glass bottle. If I had known this was coming in a plastic bottle, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Micro plastics are very difficult to detox!
