Love this griddle it's very big, my only complaint is, I wish the top cooking surface came off, because you have to sit this whole thing on the edge of the sink. And hope that it doesn't get wet

I love my new griddle. I'm not used to my old one heating up so quickly so I overcooked my first batch of pancakes and eggs. It's a great size for me to whip up enough for a few days. It's a breeze to clean as I just used a wash cloth and let it air dry. It's built to last as long as you care for it properly. It works fabulous just be cautious that it heats up quickly. The value for the money is spot on. I'd highly recommend this product as a must have. You won't regret it.

Plenty big cooking surface. Love the look. Haven’t had issues with sticking food yet. One under the radar issue I have is the lip around the griddle is very short and liquid or grease on the griddle can slosh over easily, especially when scraping grease towards the drip catcher

Purchased this to help make a lot of pancakes for Christmas breakfast! I was able to do about 6 pancakes easily at a time and they cooked evenly and through and through! Temperature stayed consistent. We decided to continue this tradition because it made everything so fast, easy and delicious!

Wow, bought this on black friday for $30 bucks! It has wildly surpassed my expectations! It is compact, heats up evenly and quickly, does the cooking job very nicely, and is super easy to clean. I honestly did not anticipate the build quality and performance for that small amount. I can cook bacon and eggs in 3 minutes, clean and store the griddle in another 1 minute... Makes me wonder if I will ever use my stove top again.

I would give zero stars if I could. For a couple of months it worked perfectly. I didn't use it often, maybe once a week to cook breakfast. Then on the third month I noticed that the griddle remained warm after cooking, even after being turned off. I didn't think much of it at first and thought that perhaps it just took longer to lose heat. Nope, it turns out, I can plug the griddle, put the heat setting to OFF and start cooking on it! How did I find out? My preteen daughter who wanted to cook some eggs on the griddle plugged it in, set it to off, came back to it a few min later, touched it before turning the unit on, and screamed "HOT!!!" immediately. I contacted the company, sent all the purchase info and sent a video to prove it. They responded right away, apologized and wanted to unit mailed to them so that their engineers could figure out what went wrong. I packed it in a box and shipped it as they asked and was promised that they would give me a refund or a new unit without any problems. They wanted to know when the unit was shipped to their headquarter in Bentonville AR. Okay, sure. I sent them an email as soon as it was shipped. I got a notification that it was delivered. Then...crickets. I sent them emails asking for a refund or a new unit and there is no response. I've never encountered a worse customer service in my life. So in short, I got to use their dangerous griddle for a short time for what, $60? Save your money and look elsewhere.

Excellent griddle. I like the size. This is my second of the same brand, though this is a different color. The first lasted nearly three years, used weekly. The power cord does get warm while using. The power cord for the last one would get HOT while using-somewhat concerning. (both ends: the wall outlet side & the side that connects to the griddle). I believe this overheating is what broke the old griddle; the wires/hardware keeping the griddle connection were melted & fused to the griddle so when I tried to unplug the power cord from the unit, the cord broke.
