These gummies taste good but I have only had them a couple of weeks so not sure I can say they have made a difference. I’ll check back when I finish the bottle.

So far I haven't seen or gotten the kind of results that I was looking for with the use of these vitamins. I can still see visible hair fall and my skin is also not over the top radiant and glowy.
