Only had for a few months and one of the locks barely turns now.

I had issues with both the delivery and the condition of this safe. The first one was returned, and I ordered another, which had slight damage on the finish not much to speak of, but the digital lock control panel on the upper door will not take a code. The lower door Will take the code and works as described. I am trying to contact the company to get more details, but apparently it has something to do with China, and that means scarce help.

What I like is that the packaging was done with care; all of the right padding and supplies was present at the time of opening. What like about the safe itself is that it is easy to use and to program; not only does it come with instructions but they also provide a QRCode to register an extended warranty. Overall a great first impression with service to back it up.
