Let me cut to the chase: the Flash Beyond Glass Gaming Mouse Pad is absolutely incredible. For such an affordable price, the performance you get is unbelievable. The glide is so good it's the perfect speed, not too fast and not too slow, making every movement feel natural and precise. And speaking of the keyboard, the surface has a slight softness that feels great to type on it's solid but not harsh. The flatness is absolutely perfect, too. No bumps or warping whatsoever, just a perfectly smooth, consistent surface from edge to edge. But the best part? The feeling when you use it is just addictive. It's so satisfying that it actually makes me want to work more. I get into a flow state and plow through my tasks faster than ever. And for gaming? Forget about it. Skeptical at first but the quality of this mousepad is exceptional. Smooth as silk on top. When used with a mouse mouth Teflon feet, movements are effortless. Great tracking with no fast spots. Takes some getting used to moving from a control type surface, but worth the learning curve if you FPS. Sized just right, so plenty of room for movement. A mouse pad that doesn’t just get your hopes up. No regrets here.

There is about a 10 min burn in time with this glass pad and the included skates before it starts to glide smooth and faster, initial use when taking it out of the packaging is EXTREMELY SLOW. Relatively controlled pad when comparing this glass pad to my daily driver the Glorious Elements Ice soft pad, Flash Beyond glass pad is about 3x-4x slower than my Glorious Elements Ice soft pad and this is with using the included red dot skates that came with the glass pad. If you did the mouse flick spin test on the pad it would come out to be about 5 rotations with this glass pad and you get about 8 rotations on the Glorious Elements Ice soft pad. The size of the pad is serviceable imo even though I would have liked it to be a bit taller as someone coming from 17"x15" soft pad. The glass pad's surface is extremely smooth in comparison to other glass pads like the Razer Atlas which I had previously tried before, the edges on this glass pad is round making it so you get your wrist or arm scratched up when using the pad. You also won't need a glove or sleeve at all with this glass pad. This is an extremely high quality budget friendly entry glass pad to start on and probably to end on especially when it won't wear out as quickly as softpads. I can and will use this glass pad as my daily driver when my softpad wears out in about another month of use.

I just absolutely love this thing. It’s sturdy, doesn’t slip or slide on the desk thanks to the rubber backing. The frosted glass top looks so clean and crisp it’s like a sheet of ice. My aim has improved quite a bit since using it as well. My accuracy went from 12%-15% to 35% the first day I got it. Definitely use the skates that come with it, or buy a high quality pair that fits your mouse. Just make sure to REMOVE the skates that come with your mouse before applying the new ones! I replace my skates once every few months and it always feels so good when i do. I don’t love the microfiber cloth that came with it because it’s a little stiff and doesn’t really grab all the pet hair and dust. But i have plenty of my own that i use. I do use the arm sleeve that came with it and that prevents my arm from sticking to the glass.

Don't let the marketing fool you, glass is glass. No company is re-inventing glass and optimizing it for "gaming". This is the next best option as opposed to calling up a glass manufacturer or worker in your town to make one for you for even cheaper. You just need to make sure the glass is frosted, polished, and is painted/colored on the opposite end in order for it to be picked up by a mouse sensor. So far, it ticks all the boxes for me in what I was looking for. The size is perfect for my desk, the glass is smooth and not overly textured, with a nice minimum design. This also comes with replacement mouse feet and a "compression sleeve" (again, don't fall for the marketing for "gaming" ones, you can find normal packs of them right here on Amazon for cheap), which are nice additions that other companies may neglect. The main material making the mousepad is nicely frosted and thick, with a extremely nice antislip pad on the bottom. Mouse sensors function properly and I see no issues with compatibility. Why am I docking one star then? For one, I think the price is still a little expensive. If you ever see this on sale for $10-15 off the MSRP, you are going to be getting the best bang for your buck. The second reason, which is just a personal nitpick, is the red branding on the side of the mousepad is off putting and distracting. While I understand there is need to brand the item, I wish they could have done it more tastefully than a red logo.

Bought 2 of these (white) and they are solid. So much better than black aluminum that I used previously (I would never use the fabric ones) - for work productivity and gaming, they are awesome. I only used 4 of the red taps provided to slide the mouse: 2 on the thumb side and 2 on the back side. This way, the front slides. If I added 2 more in the front the mouse would get stuck on occasion due to the weighed mouse's balance.

Very nice glass pad , don’t mind the scratch noise from the video experimenting with glass skates . the skates and arm sleeve provided are very nice and quality. Pad is very fast and agile , but the size is a little too small .

With the skates that come with the box your mouse slides like a lizard on ice and after getting used to the sickness you can aimlock like a pro Only issue I had was the arm sleeve that came with the box is very itchy because of the seam and the material gets stretched out kinda quick
