hard to replace
Installation is difficult, and you need to spend at least 1-2 hours replacing it. It works as described and fits.

Patients will prevail
It took some time. It worked. It was frustrating at times. The screws like others stated didn't fit. Lucky for me I reused the original ones from the broken part I replaced. Just like new.

Bad parts.
The screw holes were so small the screw’s would not work and the screw heads stripped out. I had to give up and just order a whole new head.

Fits Dyson Outsize plus 100w vacuum head
I have a Dyson outsize plus and this fit perfectly. The instruction video kinda applied to my vacuum head. If you are not skilled in assembling stuff I would not recommend doing this because you will have lots of parts and screws once disassembled.

The Part Fits (Technically)
When I ordered this I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to install it. You literally need to take every single screw off of the brush head just to put this on. If you are not experienced with taking things apart and repairing items, stay far away from this. It’s challenging even though it looks like it should be easy. The part itself is just like the original, that may be an issue because this vacuum has a flaw where the screw on the ‘V’ rollers shears completely off, so I wouldn’t expect this one to last any longer than the one Dyson sells, but it is quality for the money you spend. The fitment is OEM and it functions just like the original piece… HOWEVER, and this is the most important part, the screws that come with it DO NOT FIT! You will need to cannabalize the screws from the old part in order to install this. I had to do this on both sides and I’m lucky I still had them, otherwise all this work would be for naught. It’s incredibly frustrating that they would sell something like this and then the only fasteners they include don’t fit. So beware or order them elsewhere along with this otherwise you’ll be stuck when it comes to attaching the rollers. Other than that, it does the job, has all the tools but is still missing some pieces. And based on the labor and the price of the parts it’s almost not worth replacing. Almost.

Did the job just fine. Experience needed.
If you're a tinker, organized (a lot of screws), and patient, you'll be fine. I imagine a novice would get easily frustrated and perhaps break something.. I fixed my wife's Dyson in about an hour. The wheel screws it came with were too long, I used my own. I piloted all the screw holes slightly prior for an easier fastening. For me, the hardest part was removing the little electrical plug prong clip. It's held in by a pinch snap and doesn't just slide out. There's no real access to release it, however, I used my own long thin torq driver to reach inside from the bottom and push the snaps up. Once they're free, it will pull out just fine. It's not a piece of cake, but it wasn't difficult either. I would easily do it again. It did the job so I would recommend it.

Not a quick fix.
Before you start, review the disassembly video. The entire vacuum head has to be disassembled to replace the ball. The part itself was a perfect replacement, but it is not a quick fix.
