Challenging and Fun Way to Train Reaction
I’ve been using this deflection equipment during our goalkeeper drills and it’s been a great addition to our training sessions. The different angles really keep things unpredictable, so you have to stay sharp and react quickly. Setup took a little bit of trial and error the first time, but once it’s up, it’s solid. We’ve used it both indoors and on the field. Definitely helps with reflexes and overall agility. If you’re serious about improving as a keeper, this tool is worth adding to your kit.

Not really good
Really didn't help my grandson had had better practice without it to be honest. Plus only got to use it ones and hit has small leak in one of the tubes
