I recently ordered the Ceeniu Car Air Freshener and I must admit that I am 100% satisfied with the product. I strongly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I recently purchased a car diffuser from CEENIU and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite diligently following the user manual, including regular cleaning of the spray port with a cotton swab as recommended, the product's performance has been consistently poor. After just 6 weeks of use, the mist output is non-existent, rendering the diffuser ineffective. Dishearteningly, my attempts to seek assistance from the customer support team have only added to my disappointment. Despite providing all necessary information, including the date of order and order number, the customer support team insisted on further verification, even though my 1-year warranty had already been accepted and activated simultaneously. The so-called "hassle-free solutions" promised in their quality assurance statement have proven to be nothing more than empty words. The unprofessionalism displayed by the customer support team in hesitating to process a refund is disconcerting. I had hoped for a quality product and reliable customer service, but Ceeniu has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend to buy this as is just a waste of money (poor quality)and very unprofessional after sales customer service as they are not willing to find a solutions.

It works perfectly fine with a very good smell

I love this car, smart air freshener. It has an unassuming look to it, and fits in any cupholder. You need to press the power button to change the setting, and each time a setting goes through it sprays that’s the only thing I don’t like about it, but not enough to take off any stars. My favorite smells so far as a new car smell to me. It doesn’t really smell like a new car, but it does smell fresh.

Ich war skeptisch, aber bin jetzt doch begeistert. Alles funktioniert, wie es soll. Der Akku hält recht lang und im Auto duftet es sehr angenehm. Die Preise für den Duft sind zwar recht hoch, dafür hält es sehr lange. Ich werde definitiv noch weitere Düfte testen. Versand und Verpackung waren einwandfrei.
