My 9-year-old daughter loves playing chess and often asks me to play with her, but I’m not very good at it. To support her interest and make our games more enjoyable, I bought an electronic chess board with built-in AI. It lets her play solo against the computer, and I can adjust the difficulty level to match her skills. There’s also a mode where I can play against her with guidance. When I lift a piece, the board lights up and shows me where I can move it, which makes the game much easier for me to follow. I absolutely love this board—it’s given me a wonderful way to spend quality time with my daughter while learning together.

Great chess computer! The board looks sleek and modern, and the Al is surprisingly strong. It's perfect for practicing alone or playing with friends. Really good value for the price.

This chess computer is incredibly poorly designed. The user interface is the most unintuitive I have ever encountered on any device. It's almost like they were trying to make it complicated and frustrating to use to the point that we have given up using this thing altogether. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Build quality is not great. First set failed in couple of weeks. The games AI is not very good. Can't really be used as a chess learning tool to progress through the levels. Puzzles are too easy. User interface is clunky. My kid who wants to learn chess lost interest in this after few games.

Both as a grandfather that wants to teach his grandchildren chess and is a person that wants to really learn chess and improve. This is a fantastic board. I am surprised it is not more popular for all the features it has. It works flawlessly for me and actually is a good price for all the features. I checked out numerous other chessboards and found this to fit my needs the best.

Takes time getting used to it coming from a different electronic chess board but all is working now, lots of fun.

The Vonset L6 Electronic Chess Board is a great pick for beginners who want a guided, “smart” way to learn and practice. The LED move hints, voice prompts, and clear e-ink display make following games and correcting mistakes really intuitive, and the built-in AI plus training/match/human modes give you room to grow. The magnetic pieces are a nice touch for stability, and it includes lots of puzzles for skill-building. Only minor downsides: you need to lift pieces cleanly (dragging can confuse the sensors), and there’s a newer L7 model out if you want the latest upgrades. Overall, a fun, friendly chess computer that makes learning feel easy and engaging. My daughter loves it！

Good value nice design. my kids spent much less time playing games. With this chess board she could play, learn and hopefully improve her skill by herself. which helps children with autism understand the rules of chess. I love that it’s screen-free but still feels high-tech! This chess computer is so much fun to use.
