These are not comfortable at all to use and you may actually want something with a lower low end for the weight. My non-dominant hand was struggling with squeezing the 50lbs grip (at least half due to how uncomfortable they are). I would not recommend these to someone wanting to improve their grip strength starting from scratch, but since they work, it isn't worth the hassle or returning them during the holiday season. If you already have some lighter grips and are just looking for higher weight ones, this is probably the way to go though.

Awesome product.
Amazing quality and it allows for a nice, non-slip grip. You simply can’t beat this quality at this price range. Due to the simplicity of the design, I’d reckon that it’ll last longer than the fancier, more expensive stuff as well.

You get what you pay for
I love these lil things! I’ve never used em but I’ve had a lot of free time sitting around so I figured I’ll get some, and these were fairly cheap and awesome, they are stainless steele and from what I see made nicely I love the grip and again, you’re getting exactly what you pay for10/10

Very good equipment!
Ordered this set for a stroke patient. The equipment is a bit much for someone just starting PT recovery but will prove excellent in rebuilding finger, wrist, and forearm strength in the months to come. Prompt shipping, very durable. Thanks!
