The built in camera is only noticeable close up, picture quality is good and the onboard storage is quite generous. My kids have enjoyed using them to record trips out on their bikes. Just be careful where you use them as some places will prohibit their use, even if you aren't recording. Build quality is good, as is the rugged storage case that they come with. Review: Underwhelming for the price - The pair I ordered were the camo-style, which would be perfect for activities like airsoft, paint balling, or perhaps hiking rather than a stylish day out which the more versatile black that the listing now shows would be better suited for. The general quality of the glasses are quite good, with decent case and extra lenses. However, the biggest flaw lies in the functionality of the video recording and picture taking. While controlled by a button on the arm, it's often difficult to tell if the device is actually recording, whether a photo has been taken, or if video mode has started or stopped. Despite the vibration feedback, this lack of clear indication severely impacts usability. In terms of video and audio quality, I found it to be good, but not fantastic. It's acceptable for casual use but won't blow you away. A significant omission is the lack of Bluetooth or wireless connectivity, meaning all media transfer must be done via a cable to a PC. This is inconvenient in a world of increasingly wireless devices. The memory is built in, and there is no option to expand it with a micro-SD card, which would also have made for easier data transfers too. Overall, these sunglasses are "okay," ... but for the price, I would have expected much better functionality, particularly in the recording feedback, and modern connectivity options.

Average
The start button do not always works and the vibration is very loud and not really necessary. I have to press the button multiple times to start the video recording. Eventually, it does the job but my previous different model from OhO was much better. I will not buy this model again.

It's rather expensive for something so limited
These OhO sunshine Camera Sunglasses have been my first camera sunglasses to try, fot my husband too. We are not very tech savvy but were intrigued to give them a test. We both like the look and design of these sunglasses and the fact that you can record or take pictures even if your hands are busy. The quality of the videos and pictures is good and you can save them on a laptop or PC. What we do not like is the built-in memory of 128GB which you cannot improve upon, control is only through a single button and you need a cable to transfer your videos and pictures, Bluetooth function would have been nice for the asking price. We also think these are a bit expensive for the current price of £199.99.

OK, but inconsistent
These are an interesting item that I have some uses for (like making videos while working on cars to keep it hands free). They come with storage built in that cannot be expanded, and charge via USB-C. The lenses can be swapped out and comes with clear, black (standard sunglasses), and yellow. Operation is via the single button on the arm. The device itself is pretty simple and feedback for the action (record, photo) is actually fed back by an LED in the nose bridge on the side facing you, AND a vibration motor. Sound is also recorded. The cons are; No expandable storage Single button actuation means you do need to remember the button presses and vibrations so you know what they are doing Time and date resets every boot of the device If you take a photo while recording, recording stops and cannot be started again without power cycling the device. The arms of the device are chunky and its a little narrow resulting in a quite tight fit. The good: Spare lenses Cary case Video quality is serviceable if a touch blurry for alleged 4k footage. Still relatively impressive for a very very small camera.

video great, sound not so.
So tried these glasses out the last time i went walking. It has a built in 64Gb of flash memory, and a very simple button on the side to start recording. While you are recording video, you can tap the button to take a picture. Once you get back just plug the glasses into your PC (cable supplied), and transfer the files to your computer. video quality is quite good as long as there is plenty of light, but the audio is very quiet. all in all they are a great way to capture video without having to pull out your phone.

Beware, these have no audio or sound. They are only a camera in glasses, and a little bit heavy as well.

I'm struggling to find the right star rating. They are good glasses, but I think the description is highly misleading. On top of that, there are a few things I wish these glasses had that other brands do have, and I'm not referring to the "smart" aspect. Read on if you want my full review and thoughts. I've owned a pair of these glasses in the past, when they used the micro USB to charge and transfer files. The newer models, such as these ones, now use a USB-C for the same functions. Aside from that, they're practically identical to the old model. The branding on the arm of the glasses is different now, and the design on the inner arms near the ear ends are different, but that's about it. These ones are rated to IP66 waterproof rating, but I'm quite skeptical of this. The design looks like it's barely dust proof, let alone water proof. Where the frame comes together behind the camera is quite weak and looks like it might even separate. But the other reason I'm skeptical of the waterproof rating is because these glasses are also branded as "smart" glasses, which makes one think of a pair on par with the Ray Ban Meta glasses. Those are actually smart glasses. These OhO glasses simply record video with the touch of a button, and video is stored locally inside the glasses. The only way to view the footage is to USB transfer from glasses to computer. They're not smart glasses in any definition of the term. And speaking of misleading, the glasses do say the lenses are transitional grey which I believe they might be, but the product image shows them as coming with multiple sets of colored lenses, much like my old ones did. My new glasses did not come with any extra lenses. Having said that, they do record decent quality. I bought the 1080p version. They have a 4K version which was actually what I had before. But video quality is more than just resolution. These glasses have no image stabilization, so every footstep is a vibration. If you want to run with these on while taking video, good luck getting any usable footage. The focal length of the lens is my last gripe with these glasses. They're not a wide angle lens, which only increases the amount of camera shake. A wider angle would not only help eliminate this, but would also male it easier to capture what you want. With a narrower field of view, you have to be looking in pretty near the exact direction of what you want to capture. While capturing things straight ahead at a distance isn't difficult, it's when things that are at a higher or lower angle close up that it become a challenge. ***OhO, if you see this feedback, that would be my recommendation and I would seriously buy another pair if this alone were implimented*** Okay, so I've given these glasses a 3 star rating because of the issues mentioned above. If all these issues were fixed, such as the false advertising, image stabilization, and field of view, I'd give them a solid 5 star. The video quality is good if you can walk gently or are standing still without a lot of head movement. The audio is good enough. And the convenience of hands free and POV recording is what really makes these shine.

The camera was set a little bit too high, so I had to keep my head pointed downward to capture what I was after. When I was playing back videos, the audio kept having feedback of some sort and ruined my experience. I tried several things to avoid the feedback, but I couldn’t eliminate it. Return to sender.
