Works so well… I take 1 cap 2xs daily. It works best if you take regularly. Easy to take, notice when I have missed doses. Feel so much better when taking this product.

I didn't realize when ordering that this is made in China. It cannot be returned, but we won't be taking it. A waste of money I regret spending...No idea about any health benefits, taste, ease of use, energy level, effectiveness, or if it improves feeling good or energy level.
