I have been taking these for over a year and I am very satisfied with this product. It is very gently on the stomach and does the job. It does not have a smell and I feel it makes me really regular. You do not need to take these with food. You can take them by themselves and they do not hurt your stomach. I also like the fact that they are in a capsule and they go down pretty well.

Cholecystectomy magic
I have turned these into a subscription as they have saved me! Had my gallbladder removed 6 years ago and have suffered ever since. After doing a boatload of research, I added this to my diet and it WORKS! I have to take them with every meal and with PLENTY OF WATER, the bottle recommends 8oz per serving but my research (and my guts' response) recommends at least 12oz of H2O per, and I take them 15-20 minutes before I eat.

So far I’m happy
I take 1 slightly before or with every meal. No stomach aches or pains. It has definitely helped me use the bathroom and regulate the consistency of bowel movements. I tend to go from one extreme to the other so this has helped. I do feel it has also curbed my hunger which is also another reason I made the purchase. I have not had any weight loss but I am sure with the above mentioned results that once I increase the amount I’m taking it should help with shedding some extra pounds. I recommend tbis product.
