Great drying rack
I love this sweater dryer. I started off buying one and a year later bought another. I am now purchasing two more so I can "lay flat to dry" more than a couple of sweaters at a time. I find it handy because it stores small, collapsing into a 11x10x1.5 (approximate) circle and storing nicely on a shelf in my laundry room. Also, it pops open easily and can be set on any flat surface large enough. Easy. Convenient. Effective. Durable. (Been using my first one weekly for almost 2 years and can't tell it apart from the one purchased a year later. They both still look new.) Drawbacks? They can be a little tricky to refold after use. Especially at first. After a few times the drying rack 'breaks in' and practically folds itself. My first rack folded easily from the beginning, the second needed that bit of break in time. In my experience, this is what works best... To collapse: Hold the drying rack in front of you parallel to the floor and positioned horizontally. Your right hand should be a little higher than center on the right side and holding on from beneath. Your left hand should hold the left side a little lower than center and grasping from above. Bring your hands toward each other with the right hand moving below/behind the left. The rack should start to collapse on its own and you just follow the movement without forcing anything. It sort of twists around the center point like a figure eight and the two circles of the eight then fold on top of each other. You end up one layered circle which you then secure with the elastic band. (If it doesn't fold easily, try turning it 180 degrees so you're pushing the opposite corner away from you.) Easy peasy once you get the hang of it. And so worth it. I absolutley love this drying rack. So does my cat! He thinks I got him a cat hammock to nap on. :)

Great drying rack for sweaters and lingerie
Love this for cashmere sweaters. Hand or delicate wash and lay flat to dry. Because of the mesh my sweaters are usually dry in 24 hours. They smell so good, rather than dry cleaning smell. Easy to use and store. Sturdy for lingerie and sweaters. Not for jeans or pants. Stores flat for storage.

Great, compact drying rack
Works as advertised. I love that this folds up into a small package and can be easily taken on vacation. Easy to fold, especially if you're familiar with the fold up kids tents - same idea. I keep it on top of my dryer. It is somewhat small, only fits a single sweater/shirt at a time. Definitely recommend.

Awesome product
Since I am an apartment dweller, I don't have the luxury of a laundry room complete with a place to hang-dry anything I want. Draping my sweaters over doors just wasn't cutting it. I purchased two of these drying racks and am very pleased with them! You have the option of clasping and cinching the back of the rack so that it forms a 'dome' shape and can be placed on the ground, or you can just leave it flat and suspend it over your tub. These are a very decent size yet are super easy to fold up and put away and take up almost no room for storage. You simply twist them and they return to 1/3 of their unfolded size, I have had no problems at all folding them back up even the first time I tried doing it (if you look at the way they are folded up before you initially open them, they will give you a basic guideline for how to fold them in the future). Perfect product for those of us who live in apartments as well as people who need a gentle solution for air-drying their delicate/ air-dry only clothing.

Simple design, perfect results
I much prefer sweaters that are washed rather than dry cleaned, but I don't have a large laundry room where I can spread out a sweater while it dries. This dryer folds up to a very compact size for storage, then opens to a large surface for drying. It raises the sweater so that air can flow underneath and dry faster. I can set this on a bed or table without worrying that the surface will get wet. This is a simple yet brilliant design for its purpose.

Pleasantly practical
I am writing this review because I did not find instructions in previous reviews, at the time I ordered mine, as to HOW to get it to fold back into its original, compact storage shape. Here is that information, which is the whole purpose of this review: * HOW TO FOLD IT BACK UP FOR STORAGE, ONCE YOU'VE OPENED IT FLAT: * Grasp each of the two ends of the oval, and twist your hands in opposite directions, rotating one wrist away from you and the other towards you. In this way, force the frame to bend as though you wanted to make a figure-8 of it. It will begin to "willingly" cooperate, once twisting--into a neat, flat stack of about three loops (so, you will not end up with it in a figure-8, but of course you never did care about actually making a figure-8, you only want the thing to fold neatly). Ta-daaaa! It comes with a handy elastic band to place around it while folded flat, to secure it. Update after a few occasions to use this rack: works great for me. It offers air flow all around the items to be dried. Yes, there is a size limit to what will fit on it, but it is quite practical for single blouses or sweaters if you fold the arms across the front (or back) and have the patience for those extra layers to dry. Some items have room to fit on it without needing to be folded. The rack looks, feels, and handles like a well-made product of quality materials, appropriately robust for its intended purpose, truly. The design is clever and useful. I recommend it!

This was perfect. I have only used it across my tub ...
This was perfect. I have only used it across my tub so far. I have a claw foot tub with a narrow rim close to the wall and this worked very well. I had a rather heavy shirt/sweater on it and it supported it and it dried very nicely. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had no trouble folding it back up as it works similar to a windshield sun screen where you twist and turn it to form a small circular shape. Then the elastic band goes around it to keep it closed and it can be stored in minimal space until next use. Easy and functional. Now my drip dry clothes don't have to spend forever in the laundry waiting for me to decide how best to dry them.
