I liked this duo a lot. I am a new Colgate user and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. The teeth whitening pen is my favorite! It’s so easy to apply and works great! I get sensitive to teeth whitening agents but haven’t had any sensitivity with this. It’s also super convenient to bring with you which I like bc I travel. It doesn’t really have a taste and stays put on the teeth once on and dry. The toothpaste makes my teeth feel thoroughly clean. The flavor isn’t too strong or minty and tastes good but doesn't necessarily help with bad breath. I adore the packaging because something about a toothpaste up is so much better than conventional tubes, it also saves counter space for me which I love! Overall a happy new Colgate user!

I gave this kit 3 stars because I liked part of it and didn't like the other part. The toothpaste is great (5 stars), and if you use it regularly, really gets and keeps stains off your teeth. The brush on whitener is a different story, I would give it 0 stars. The instructions are to brush your teeth and then dry them before applying the whitener with the brush. I followed the directions to the letter, even allowing my mouth to stay open to allow it to dry before closing it. In spite of my best efforts, the product came off in my mouth before I even laid my head on the pillow, so I am not sure how it can be effective if it comes off before it can work overnight.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their teeth as white as possible. I don't think it will make your teeth as white as you see people on TV that get their teeth professionally whited but use it twice a day and the whitening pen at night will do a pretty good job. When mine runs out I will buy it again.

I have been using the whitening pen for the recommended week now. I see no negligible effect on the color of my teeth. I used the product as directed. In the evening, brush your teeth with the toothpaste, then dry your teeth with tissue, paint on the product with the whitening pen. Keep your lips from touching your teeth until dry. Avoid food or liquid until you brush your teeth in the morning. All that is annoying, but the worst is when you brush your teeth the application is hard to remove. I have had to almost scrape it off with my fingernails and it's hard to get your teeth shiny again. I worry this may damage my teeth.
