Exceptional quality if higher quality headphones are required
As usual, Jabra delivers what they promise: the headphones are reflecting exactly the stated features and the simplicity on connecting my devices is in line with Jabra's high standards. Highly recommended.

Buy only if you've experienced this product in person
Somehow I feel this item is similar to cheap Bluetooth headphones you get in market. Not worth this price.

Product is good. Bluetooth has long connectivity. Main issue is that it doesn't have a mite button or option on the headset. Otherwise it's a ok headset for the money.

The wireless mode is practically useless. Even with the latest firmware, no other bluetooth devices connected/interfering, and minimal distance between headset and receiver, something as simple as watching Youtube is impossible without noticeable audio latency. Forget playing a game without directly connecting the headset; it's out of the question. It would be nice if Jabra made the headset compatible with some low latency codecs, but it's not possible. The audio quality also takes a noticeable hit on wireless as well as when the microphone is active as it goes into "talk mode" which just makes everything feel low quality. Aesthetically, the headset looks nice. I've been told the microphone quality is good as well. The earpieces are a bit odd with outside noise, somehow it feels like the noise is amplified while wearing them (maybe a sidetone setting I could have adjusted - not sure). If you're hoping for high quality, low latency wireless audio, look elsewhere. If you plan to wire the headset in, it's probably fine so long as you buy it during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. This was an easy return for me.

I use this for remote call center work. They are comfortable, good sound, and connected to the dongle with no problem. They hold the charge through my entire shift, and customers have no problem hearing me with the mic system. I always prefer the dual-ear headsets, and this one is very comfortable/not too bulky. Bonus: Webex compatible for the tap-to-answer option!

Ordered Jabra Evolve 65 TE to replace a Jabra Evolve 65 that wore out. Fit head well, covers ears, very comfortable and lightweight so even if wearing for 6 -8 hours a day, neck doesn't feel fatigued. Great sound quality and told microphone sounds good.

I had the “Second Edition” of this same model before buying this “Third Edition” and this new one is just as good except there is no longer a way to hear the battery level status in the headphones, nor to check it in the Jabra software. An unfortunate depreciation of a simple and helpful feature.
