I love the ease of slipping this on for some quick relief for my burning feet, or slight swelling, or pain from tendonitis. They are well worth the price for the ease of use. Some might say they don't stay COLD long enough tho they do stay cold long enough and then turn cool and if placed right back in the freezer they're ready for use pretty quickly again. I'm very happy with them. This is my 2rd purchase of this particular item so I can use them either at same time or one while other stays cold in freezer.

The best part about this ice/gel wrap is it gets cold quick and while wearing it I was able to do some exercises without pain. I loved it bought two!

Love this freeze and use. Works good easily slides on your foot . I tried it first time without a sock, but I found this to be much too cold. My advise put sock on first. Only negative thing it doesn’t stay cold for very long. In the long run it does the job well. I use it on and off a few times on an evening if I have been on my feet much during the day, also if I’m home in the day I use it a about two or three times.

TL;DR at bottom I got these after using an ice pack at work for (undiagnosed muscle issue). That one stayed cold around 20 minutes. I'm pretty good at timing at work because each product I work on is finished in 8-9 minutes, that pack lasted at least 2 products. These ones, once finally popped after some aggressive squeezing, will actually get super cold at first. But first one I used, didn't even last one product cycle. The one I just used (at home, 74° in living room) was useless by the 8 minute mark, completely warm soon after. This after vigorous shaking to try to revive it. I give 3 stars, because for what it is I think it's fair price. A google search tells me 20 minutes is optimal time to apply cold to injury. So you'll have to use 3 to reach that, or 2 to not have optimal cold application. Apparently, these are not really that useful to help with heat stroke, but fine for lesser heat related issues. With this in mind, I'll carry a few around with me in Disney World for general cooling off, since we're going in August. Pros: Starts off very cold Safe to put in backpack, will definitely not pop Cons: Doesn't stay cold long Hard to pop The amount of air in the bag makes it difficult to apply to some areas. Update: I added a star because it does turn out they're good for eye swelling.

The material seems to be of good quality and comfortable. They fit nicely, easy to put on and off. The cooling feature works well. Using them warmed is subpar. The instructions say to microwave no longer than 20 seconds I find it takes a good 1:30 to get slightly warm and it doesn’t stay warm long enough to do any good.

Excellent for post op foot surgery or just after a long day on your feet! had foot surgery two weeks ago. I wasn’t able to use this over the large bandage so I just started using it yesterday. What a game changer! ice pack does an excellent job of reducing swelling I am an RN so usually I am on my feet all day, I am going to buy a second one so that I can cool both my tired, swollen feet after a day of work! The ice wrap cover is silky and soft. It slips right over your foot but it is not tight. It cools quickly and the effectiveness is really with the cost!

Works good for knee surgery. Can slide in pants and wrap with an Ace or even towel to hold it in place while driving, doing dishes or resting. Works for about 15-20 minutes so it's nice to have 4 to rotate.

This brace has kept me mobile while walking and has reduced the pain from an ankle injury that will take a couple of months to heal.
