The best lip liner I've purchased is this in shade(EXOTIC BROWN).. quality is good it's not waterproof also gives matte finish...umm idk about the smell

Beautiful peachy brown Shade 💋 What I loved about these liners are that they are affordable and super creamy. Earlier I tried Swiss beauty lip liners but those were chalky and dry. Shade range is versatile. I usually apply this underneath lip gloss and they look super gorgeous.
