THE PACKAGING WAS GOOD BUT IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS A DAMAGED PRODUCTED DELIVERED, THE BOARD STRIKER JUMPS AT CORNER LESS REBOUND AND ON THE BOARD IT IS DAMAGED... THE PRODUCT IS TO BE THROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE DISPATCH THE PRODUCT... IT IS A SINCERE SUGGESTION.

We got it delivered last month, and we left for vacation the next day. After we came back we noticed it's not balanced properly, hence the playing experience is not good. I'd suggest checking the product well right after delivery during the return window itself for such issues.

Long back I have payed on professional carrom boards which has a thick English Birchwood. So last month I was looking to buy a board for my home where I can practice, little did I know about board quality nether I have bought any board online. I see this board is not too pricy to invest for. But when get the board I took my own sweet time 2- 3 weeks after I opened the package and shocked by the quality of the ply... it's very very substandard. When I play on the board by putting some boaric powder the dots are hardly moving with my full affort. But if you put magic powder which comes with the order dots started moving directionless. So it's for kids below 8 and not for adults. Hence my recommendation would be a English Birchwood board with minimum 24 inch thick ply. Like precise elegant.
