Quercetin w/Bromelain 120 VegiCaps

Although it took a little extra time to receive this (Christmas rush and all), it's a quality product and has helping with inflamation.

Love it. I've been taking it for a couple of years and I'm staying healthy.

I take quercetin for allergies, and I've been waiting to write this review because I still hardly believe how well it works. I stumbled onto this product when someone I didn't know recommended it on Facebook in a conversation I wasn't part of. The recommendation was for hives. I was dealing with a lot of allergies, including hives that seemed to be activated by the sun, severe hay fever, and some food allergies, as well as pneumonia at the end of every spring pollen season. I was in a downward spiral and nothing, NOTHING was helping effectively. I was considering the time and expense involved in allergy shots, but not really ready to commit and looking for something, well, easier, cheaper, and more convenient. This. This was it. I read tons of reviews and some good articles and then ordered a bottle. Then another bottle. And every day I would set out six capsules and tell myself if I wasn't feeling better after I took those, I'd take a Benedryl (which was the only thing, surprisingly, that was still offering even remote relief at that time). Now, two years later, I have taken maybe a total of 5 Benedryl. I still can't even believe it. I still give myself the six capsule threshold. And quercetin takes care of the hay fever every time. So, I take two capsules when I wake up and two more when I get to wherever I'm going, about half an hour to an hour later. And I take two more another hour after that if I'm still itchy or sneezing. Quercetin works better when it's already in your system (I start taking low doses a month before pollens come out in the spring), but it works pretty well on demand, too, like an OTC antihistamine. If I've gotten it in time, I sometimes think I don't even have allergies anymore (#Istillhavethem). And bonus: I don't get sun hives anymore, either. I can go outside! I can garden. I can walk my dogs, go to the 4th of July parade, or ride in the car next to the window. And the pneumonia is gone too (well, two years without it and counting). Added bonus: NO side effects like drowsiness, thirst, headache, altered mood, welts, dryness, or nose bleeds (I'm looking at you, Flonase). It might not be that quercetin is right for your symptoms, but if you're on the fence, try it. So, Now Quercetin, the product I'm reviewing. I have tried several brands, and I found them all to work well, but my last five or six bottles have been the Now brand because I know the quality will be there consistently. To recap: I highly recommend for hay fever, photosensitivity/hives, and breathing issues as well as a general antioxidant to promote healthy immune system during cold and flu season.

I purchased this product because it mentioned it might help with appetite control and I noticed it was 3rd party tested. It did help me with my night cravings which has been a problem for me since I turned 50. The supplement itself is easy to take and it did help me enough that at times I could fall asleep with very little rumbling.

This seems to be a good product, but I'm still on the first bottle, so need more time to see if they produce results. I wanted to take them in addition to my probiotic for inflammation and to boost immune system.

I developed allergies for the first time this year so I wanted to look into controlling them without medicating myself. The loratadine (Claritin) I was taking only helped with the itchy throat and eyes but was not that great for my sinuses. I would continue to have a sneezy, drippy and plugged up nose which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Claritin helped on and off even when I took it daily but I would have really dry mouth at night, more so than usual. So I looked into controlling my allergies naturally. I started taking this along with butterbur and nettle leaf and now my allergies are well controlled. I started noticing effects within a few days, maybe a week. I've been taking them now for almost a month and a half. Now it's like I don't even have seasonal allergies anymore. I also read a healthy gut is important for proper immune function so I've also been eating more fermented foods and drinks but not as regular about that so I credit my comfort mostly to these combination of supplements. You might not need to take everything I did but I decided to do as much as I can so am taking the other supplements with this one as well. So it could be any one of them or the synergy from the combination of the quercetin with bromeliad, nettle leaf, and butterbur (and more probiotics through food/drinks). I'm hoping as I eat more and more healthy cultures that I will lessen my dependence on these supplements. Also exercise can help in just about anything in life as well as allergies. This is the best product I've found in years. A friend of a friend suggested this product for seasonal allergies and I bought a bottle but I was very skeptical about it. It IS four pills a day, which seems ridiculous. But let me tell you. This is the best year for me for allergies in my life. This is the first year in SEVEN that my allergies didn't turn into bronchitis or walking pneumonia. My only issue is I wish I knew about this sooner. I tell everyone I know about this stuff. Doctors should be telling everyone about this. And this should be advertised instead of other stupid allergy commercials for products that don't do anything. I absolutely recommend this to everyone. I've bought I don't even know how many bottles now (6? 8?) and I will keep buying it forever.

If I take this at first sign of cold or flue, it can totally vanquish it! If I already have cold/flu, it will greatly lessen the symptoms for as long as I take them. This is my go-to medicine for cold/flu. It can actually be quite miraculous. I most highly recommend it. You do have to take a lot of little pills however. I take 4 or 5 at least 3x day. That's a bit of a hassle.

Worked wonderfully for Allergies! Better than Allegra and Montelukast.

Started to use,after some day i will write the result. After been consuming the product my cronic urticaria was gone,I suffered with urticaria since one and half year.used many English medicine and aurvedic but no use. Consulted many doctors no use.Searched in web for cure, I had founded many suggestions about quracetin,now i am happy with my healthy life. Deffnetly right choice,no hisitate to take.

Yes it worked for my food and sinus allergies it's been only 4 days I am using it I hope I can totally get rid of allergies with cold and food allergy it can be life changer if it happens like this as I was suffering from sinusitis from last 3 years will post one more after a month of use so far happy and one more thing drink 2 cup of green tea one in morning after breakfast one in evening as it blocks receptor and gives immunity to fight more .
