LOVE this suitcase! It is slightly smaller than a lot of carry-on bags, but I really love the look and it’s super hardy made of mostly canvas. The wheels did a great job and really roll very effortlessly.Took this on a month long trip in Europe and used it on many trains. The super sturdy handles came in very handy when getting on and off the trains. It has some great organizational pockets in the front and the interior compartment was fairly roomy. I usually will do laundry midway through my trip as I don’t like to take large bags with me as they become cumbersome when traveling from place to place. This bag really fit the bill and I was able to purchase a travel backpack that matched it from the same company. It’s hard to know what you’re going get sometimes when ordering online, but I could not recommend this suitcase highly enough!

Love this luggage. It rolls nicely, is well made, and looks stylish. I've taken it on over 20 trips and it still looks brand new. It fits in overhead bins of all sizes and has held up when I've checked it at the gate. Between the matching backpack and this carry on, I'm able to fit everything in need for a week vacation and my laptop.

Nicely made, have used on two trips, wheels work really good so far. Handle quality is good. Several zippered pockets inside and outside to organize stuff. Fits easily into carryon overhead bins. I love the design, looks very attractive!

This carry-on is sturdy enough to do it's job of being the perfect size to avoid being becoming checked baggage, saving me time and money. No additional fees and no time spent waiting at baggage claim. For me it is big enough for a casual weekend trip. It has adequate pockets for laptop, tablet, etc. The green color is nice. I wish the zipper pulls were a bit less flashy, maybe antique brass rather than super shiny gold. A bit too much bling.

Great quality, good size, seems very durable. Comes with a cloth cover to protect it while stored.

Perfect for overhead carry-on. Made well. Numerous storage pockets. Good looking.

This bag measures 21x13.5x9 and meets my need for a 22x14x9 bag. It's a nice bag and the wheels roll well. The zippers are all plastic except the main compartment is metal for the TSA lock. The organizer pockets on front are a nice touch and don't add much bulk to front of bag and the large laptop computer sleeve is a great feature. There is a good sized wet pouch in the inside cover of the bag too. I am not a frequent flier and expect this bag to last me a long time.

Love the suitcase...well made & great looking. Used it twice. First time - all was good. The second time I used it, after flying from Miami to Barcelona the built in lock would not open. To access my belongings, the hotel maintenance staff had to cut the zipper pulls. The suitcase is no longer lockable. The fact that you were able to unlock it with the password 126 during your previous trip indicates that the product was functioning properly. The subsequent abnormality is most likely due to gear misalignment caused by external forces acting on the lock body during transportation or carrying.
