I've been trying to find something to help with my IBS bloating and cramping and came across these. I'm really impressed so far, I have definitely not suffered with bloating and cramping as much except when I forgot to take the capsule for a few days. Will buy again.

So glad I found this product. Tried to incorporate fermented foods into my diet pre lockdown and started to see the benefits but when lock down happened I could not go to the shops. This product means I have all the benefits without searching out items in the supermarket. I will be reordering this product regularly.

I started to take these having problems with IBS. I read on a article that these were good if you suffer from the complaint. So I ordered some and started taking one a day ,The first problem I noticed was ulcers in the mouth ,I thought that if I carried on it would subside, then I went to go shopping one morning with my Husband only to find I could not get out of the car as I was doubled up in pain and felt sick so my Husband had to go and get the shopping on his own, when we got home I had to leave everything and go to bed . I just thought it was a flare up and would go from that day it never really eased. it was better on some days than others,Then on another shopping trip I had to leave my Husband half way round the store as I was getting a lot of pain and ended up sitting in the car. Then after the pain subsided I spoke to a friend who had tried them and she had to leave them off as she was like me . So if like me you suffer from IBS beware as these tablets can make it worse which is needless. I sent a complaint to the firm but no response. So if you are tying these beware of the side affects.

I am not quite sure what happened to this batch but they did not stay fresh and I didn't even notice when they turned from a powder to solid. They were kept closed and in a cool dry place. I wanted to ask for a refund but it was too late. I will order again but believe me they better be the freshest batch otherwise I will be upset.
