This was super easy to connect to my HVAC system and my whole house smells amazing. It works as stated and the app is very easy to use and set up. After I bough it the box was thrown away with the locking key and alternate diffuser top for a counter set up without the HVAC connection. I reached out to Aromadd's customer service about replacements and they are sending replacements with no issues. Their customer service was very quick at replying and replacing parts that we lost at no cost. Very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend their product.

Ive had the U5 for about a year. It has worked great. I used it with the HVAC and programmed it to get off a sent that kept the whole house smelling great. During a recent move the nozzle broke off. I reached out to support and they responded quickly. Once I showed my order number and what broke they are replacing it with out any fuss. Rarely have I delt with this great of customer service, and so quickly.

Amazing!!! I have 4 large inside dogs that love to run around our yard, roll in the grass and swim in our pool. I always feel like my house smells like wet dog, no matter how much I bathe them. We connected this to our a/c duct in the attic. It was so easy and took under 5 minutes to do. We could immediately smell the scent throughout the house. I love that it's Bluetooth and I can work it from my phone and set schedules.

I’ve been using this smart scent machine in my home, and overall it works very well. One of the first things I noticed is that people immediately comment on how good the house smells when they walk in. The scent coverage is strong and consistent without being overwhelming. The automatic function is a big plus. Once it’s set up, it’s pretty much set it and forget it. It runs on a schedule without needing constant adjustments, which makes it easy to live with day to day. Installation was also fairly simple and didn’t take much time. The app does its job, but it feels a bit unrefined, and the connection to the device can be temperamental at times. That said, this isn’t a huge deal because once you’ve set your schedule and scent strength, you rarely need to open the app again. There is one thing worth keeping in mind, especially if you live somewhere with cold seasons. This is unverified, but based on my experience: if you run the diffuser regularly while not using your AC and then switch over to heat in the winter, you may notice some “smoke” the first time the furnace kicks on. When I turned on my heat for the first time this season, my home filled with a noticeable amount of diffuser-oil-scented smoke. My assumption is that the oil either coated the ductwork over time or possibly made its way into the furnace, and then burned off when the heat was first used. After that initial occurrence, things returned to normal, but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you plan to leave the diffuser running year-round without HVAC airflow. Pros: • Works very well and distributes scent evenly • Guests notice and compliment the scent when entering the home • Automatic mode makes it mostly set and forget • Easy installation • Large capacity, doesn’t need constant refilling Cons: • App feels a bit unpolished • Device connection can be temperamental • Potential oil buildup in ductwork or HVAC system (unverified) • Possible scented smoke when turning on heat for the first time in winter Overall, this is a great scent machine that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes the house smell great. Just be mindful of how and when you’re running it if it’s connected to or near your HVAC system, especially during seasonal changes.

This is by far the best investment I have made to make my home smell good all the time. I've tried everything from plug ins, candles, wax melts sprays you name and it would last 1 week if that and then nose blind or it just wouldn't be as powerful. I had purchased another diffuser not this brand, but sent it back because it was loud and didn't work if my phone was not nearby. I decided to pay alittle more and try this one. AMAZING! first off it connects to my wifi and I control it through the app from anywhere. Very easy to setup for me. It took me awhile to adjust it to the perfect setting though but that's normal I didn't want the scent over powering nor too little so you have to play with it for awhile. It is a quiet machine compared to the one I had tried out, I can visibly see the mist and it fills my home with greatness. My house is a 2600sqft and it reaches to my second floor without connecting it to the HVAC. I notice the scent even comes into my office upstairs with the door closed. Im truly impressed and I hope it lasts me for a long time. I purchased a 4oz scent to try and see what scent I want for my house and let me tell you, it's been over a month already and there is still scent in the bottle to last me awhile. I can only imagine how long it would last if I filled up the diffuser bottle to the top. I understand some people have had issues with theirs but I have not and am greatful. Thank you Aromad for finally making this product and I can throw everything else away! I only need this in my home.
