Great compact flask, well made and easy to clean, ideal to pop in a rucksack.

The flask itself is great - easy to open and close, roomy inside, waterproof when sealed up [no drips], solidly built, easy to wash and keep clean and keeps food reasonably hot. The pull out handle is also useful, for holding the flask stable when filling etc. My only grumble is the shoulder strap, which is quite narrow [say approx. 0.75 inches wide] and has no comfort pad, so it tends to dig into your shoulder over time. Fortunately, I had another wider shoulder strap from another item and I realised that the two straps were easily interchangeable, so now I use the other strap for the flask - a perfect combination. Because of the strap, 4 stars instead of 5 but, overall, a good product.

I bough this flask as I was working evening shifts therefore there was no canteen open for warm food in the office. The flask is made of high quality material with a sturdy handle which feels like non slip and a secure lid which is great as I need to fit this into my handbag all day and cannot afford any spillages. The flask is a good size and I often take stews, chill con carne and soups to work and in turn this flask has really saved me a lot of money on bought lunches. What I like the most about this flask is just how long it keeps the food warm, I once was so busy I didn't sit down to eat my dinner until 8:30PM and had put the food in the flask at 11am! However the food was still at a warm temperature which was just great. It is quite big however compact therefore you can fit it in to a good size bag, we've also used it on hiking trips and had a warm cup of team on the freezing island of Anglesey overlooking a lighthouse and the sea in the depth of winter. I was more than happy to see it come out the bag that day. Highly recommend this product - good value for money!

Excellent product in every way

Firstly I don't think that is is really a vaccuum flask , it has plastic parts insulating the inner steel container from the outer steel container. It seems to be of a GLUED plastic composite internal contruction. It stopped being a thermally insulating flask after about five uses, and after that the outside got nearly as hot as the tea I put into it and so the contents became cold by mid morning. Not suitable for its intended purpose. The internal seals seem to have given in , allowing any hot liquid that I place in it to pass straight through to the stainless steel outer shell, and to dissipate its heat from that. I only put tea into it. I expect a flask to be able to cope with that. That is one of the standards tasks for a flask sold in the UK. This flask could not handle that task. Far too difficult a substance for this flask to handle.

I’ve been using this over winter while outside metal detecting. It’s kept me warm and been a great buy

Not as good as my Thermos Stainless Steal flask. Coffee keeps hot for about 2 hrs. whereas my other one keeps hot all day. Strap comes off easily, had to tie knots in the end to prevent it slipping out of buckles. Not completely leak proof from pouring vent.

I use this for my tea break and lunch break. The hot water stays hot throughout the day, even when left in my cold car. My previous flask didn't keep water warm for this long. The inner cap came apart one morning when I was filling but I was able to put it back together.

Le thermos livré fuit et la fermeture ne fonctionne pas convenablement. Inutilisable !

Mantiene el calor muchísimo tiempo. Trabajo por la noche y aguanta perfectamente la temperatura horas y horas.

Holds temperature pretty well (when full, tea stays hot 8 hours, when only one cup remains, it obviously cools out faster, so after gradual consumption over the day, the last sip of tea may only be lukewarm), the pouring mechanism can be operated with one hand (allowing to hold the cup in the other hand when terrain does not allow easily depositing stuff) and the flask fits nicely into a backpack. Everything I want from a flask :D

When I received this item it done what it said on the pack However of late it is NOT doing that [keeping the contents warm and after a few hrs it is practically cold .can you explain why pease ? Noel corrigan

Perfetto!!!! Ma soprattutto tiene benissimo il calore..vivamente consigliato... Soprattutto per chi deve bere molto...io mi preparo le tisane e poi lo porto al lavoro.
