Great customer service - replaced motor in a week (Free of charge)
I had a great experience with the customer service from NOAEOU. When the motor on my table stopped working, I reached out to them about the issue. They responded quickly and began troubleshooting with me over WhatsApp. Once they determined that the motor needed to be replaced, they promptly sent me a new one free of charge—no questions asked.
