Women's Motion Training Shoe

I saved $20 on these shoes as compared to Springboost's website by buying from this seller. The shoes are terrific. I normally wear 7.5 M but was cautioned by two books to size up for foot swelling if training for longer distances, hence the choice of size 8 M. They feel great are beautifully crafted. I would buy these again. I love the negative heel technology wbis is why I like Earth shoes but decided to try Spring Boost because of their sport specific emphasis.

The shoes do work alternate muscles. That seems to hold true. I wear them walking. I would not recommend jogging or running in these shoes. The cushioning is not there for those activities. They are awesome for walking. They do relieve pressure from the front of the foot. I would say they run true to size, but the width may be a little more narrow than normal, just a little.

I have feet with problems. I have worn these shoes some and find them comfortable and helpful. I also have fun with these bright red shoes which solicit comments from people.

This is my 3rd pair. I am on my feet all day at work and these are wonderful. I no longer have to wear those horrible nurses white support hose. With these shoes my legs do not ache at the end of the day. I could not find them anywhere this time, even on their own web site. My son found this pair and I am so thankful you still had them in stock!
