I have now used this carpet cleaner for 2 months, and I love it! I’m going to lead with: I have 6 dogs, so we have had our fair share of accidents. I have used 3 other portable cleaners and this has been the best one. If you’re going to get this, invest in the ON BOARD SELF CLEANING. Not every model has it, do not make the mistake of ordering the less expensive one that doesn’t have it. My biggest issue with other cleaners has been the smell that you just can’t fully get out of it when there is a pet accident, this one does not have that issue. With the pet mess attachable head, ease of emptying the dirty water, and the onboard cleaning, it’s not nearly as big of a problem. Now that my dogs have all finally grown out of their velociraptor stages and we invested in this, I wish we had had this the entire time. We had our first incident in 90~ days over the weekend and it was a doozie. It’s also 8°F outside so we couldn’t air out the house. The Shark carpet cleaner did not let us down. We had the usual after smell of an indoor walking liquid fecal loosing pup, but it didn’t linger as it has with previous cleaners. I was also able to clean both attachments with ease as well as the rest of the machine. The pet attachment cannot be used on the onboard cleaning(I know, this is my favorite part. And I couldn’t even use it fully for this!) but that’s okay! I understand, the attachment itself has preventative measures to ensure it stays as clean as possible. It does leak a small amount where the pet attachment attaches to the other small attachment(so cool!), and that’s a little annoying wear gloves(you should be anyway!) and wrap a paper towel around as you hold it. You will have to remove it and do a quick clean an annoying amount (depends on mess size) of times when you just want to quickly clean up the atrocities on the carpet. It’s not perfect, but it’s so nice compared to the previous machines I’ve had that I cannot believe this hasn’t been available before. The pet mess attachment is the only attachment that doesn’t work with onboarding. I have used the other ones as well for day to day normal mess, and it’s been soo nice just to turn around, access the self-cleaner, and then put my machine away. No dripping, slightly dirty water, no hair or fuzz stuck in the spaces. Changing off the attachments is very easy. Usually I don’t bother with attachments, but this one makes it so easy to use all of them, I’ve used all 4 options. This is a smaller machine than previous ones, though it’s compact and dense. They have utilized what they do have and I think that makes up for it. So, in this case, size doesn’t matter. If anything changes about my opinion, I will update my review. Happy housecleaning!

I bought this cleaner so I could clean my sofa, when I received this item I was very impressed, in all honesty I had a different one in my cart and my husband talked me out of it and said to keep looking and I stumbled upon the shark. I love shark products, I have their vacuum and I even had a steam mop. So I didn't really look too hard at it other than it was small, portable and seemed to have good reviews. Good enough for me. So when I opened the box I was very impressed with how nice this cleaner is. And how easy and I mean easy it is to clean every compartment and attachments it comes with. I'd had been using a family members carpet cleaner vacuum for a few years and you could not get the dirty water container clean or the head attachment. However this shark does! It has a spot cleaner to stick the attachment heads on to clean them with separate cleaner. There are three different water compartments. One for dirty water which comes apart very easy and you can clean it all. Then two separate water containers for two different solutions. It's light weight it's not as loud as a stand up carpet cleaner vacuum which is nice. I have a home with multiple pets, two small children and a mechanic for a husband. My sofa gets a funk to it often. And this cleaner even got the husband dirt out of the arm rest and it actually smells clean! I am so happy with my cleaner and the solutions for it are decently priced you can get a two pack box of the solutions you need for $12 from Walmart for convenience. Overall recommend.

BLUF: LOVE PROS: Pet hair catcher Cleaners spot they call it a Self wash The tanks sit flap so you can set them down, you don't have to hold them- FLAT BOTTOMS! or Tops, whatever. CONS: Um, I'll get back to you ... So this is probably the 3rd or 4th one of these devices I've gotten. We have animals, and messes are a part of life. My bestie has the little green one, it was awesome when I was pet sitting and her boy got diarrhea 😞. So I got the step up of from hers, with the heated water tank cause hot water works better>>> And I hated it. It was hard to clean, constantly leaked, and made a bigger mess when dumping the dirty water tank. Literally gave it away. Anyway, I have one in the repair shop, covered under a warranty, but that leaves me without. I have to take a trip for family stuff and am leaving my better-half with the 7 month nervous puppy with tummy issues, 2 other dogs, several indoor outdoor cats, chickens, and it's spring-ish. So there is mud, sap, poop, vomit, and a puppy with a tail that has killed my coffee more times than I can count. I knew I couldn't leave him without something. I took a chance. This came today. I'm packing and prepping and lo and behold, puppy takes out my coffee, again, all over my kitchen chair.. So I sighed, cleaned up the floor, gave him a carrot to distract him and set to assembling and using this. The problem with so many of these, is that pet hair causes so many clogs. And the place where the hose connects to them is like a U-turn so clog, clog, clog. Or the suctions good for a while and then sucks, or doesn't 🙃 This has 2 pet catcher thingies. And although I was using this on a kitchen chair, the cats nap here when I'm not using them, so I decided to er on the side of caution and used the pet hair thing. It's also easy to set up. The water tanks have flat spots so when you flip them over to fill them, I can set them on the floor or counter and it doesn't fall over. I don't have to figure how to hold the damn thing and fill and whatever. Yay! This is a huge win for me. Someone really thought about the design. So I get the chair cleaned. Then I look at the pet hair catcher. Eeeew. But yay again. It was easy to clean. And it has the cleaner thing on it to clean the hose so it doesn't get yucky or smelly. And the little tool, the others just slide over it. Easy. Another thing I like about this is the handle is big enough you can squeeze the trigger, and then move your hand for the back and forth action and not be constantly accidently hitting the sprayer thing. Hate when I make more work for myself. Suction seems good. Won't know until I tackle other stuff or after I've used it a few dozen times. The self wash was easy. I haven't wrapped it up yet. I'm literally so excited. I am sitting here writing this review and not doing dishes or packing as I should be. I think if I find the spoons, I'll get to my man's chair, and maybe my yoga mat so it has a chance to dry before I get back ... My chair is still wet, well damp, not wet, and I won't know if the coffee came out yet for a bit. Let you know. I'll get back to you on the cons of I find them.

Excelente aspiradora! Puedes aspirar sin mojar nada (como con cualquier otra), pero el hecho de poder lavar a la par de aspirar ayuda bastante para situaciones donde ya la mancha está muy agarrada a la tela.

This product comes with an American/Canadian plug attached.....annoying as there is nothing in the blurb which states this. I have now had to purchase a converter and wait another week, for another delivery. Please can sellers give buyers important info like this up front where it can easily be seen.

Très beau produit bien emballé mais que je n'ai pas pu utiliser car l'embout de prise est américain et donc incompatible... Pas mentionné dans la description. En attendant je ne met qu'une étoile pour l'emballage

Worth it!!! This little one deliver what promisse, remove pet hair, pet mess, dirt, stain and replaces all with a very pleasant smell. I have the sensation that my money was well invested!!!
