Help soothing dry eye symptoms

Currently pregnant and had a stye for over 2 months and couldn’t take any antibiotics due to pregnancy. Used this product just for 1 hour and as shown in the photos were the results! The swelling went down right away and the product was easy to use as it is plugged in and you can set the timer and heat to your preference. The product comes with a soft fabric cover that is useful as well to wash. The shape of the product fits my eyes perfectly and I am very satisfied with its functionality. Highly recommend this product.

Got this in the mail today. It will randomly turn off after a few minutes. In the video I set the timer for 20 minutes. It was only on for 3 minutes and 40 seconds before it turned off. It does this no matter what time setting I choose. Maybe I was sent a bad product. It does get nice and warm and I do like the different options. Will be requesting a replacement or refund.

The narrow size with the flax seds allows this to get right up against the eye for maximum benefit. It does get as warm as I would like it to get.

I love this eye mask! I want to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, no matter what I set the timer for- it turns itself off after 3-5 minutes. When I turn it back on the second time, it stays on for the desired time…which is so weird! At first I thought it was a fluke and/or user error…but it keeps happening. Unfortunately, we went on vacation and return window was closed by the time we got back. However, it feels soo good on your eyes, and much better than a warm compress!!!

It has quickly become a nightly routine for me to use my heated eye mask when I go to bed at night. I use for 30 min with a liner that I've moistened with a little water. It is very soothing for dry eyes and blepharitis. I love this mask

I have loved this product from the first time I used it. It has done a great job (until recently) of helping with my dry eye. Only had it 8-9 months and the temp has started to fluctuate. I noticed it some time ago and it's gotten worse. Finally bought an infrared thermometer and it confirmed what I thought. Goes down to 98 degrees and up to 115 degrees, all within the same 20 minute session. Have checked it numerous times and always gives the same result - temp not constant. So sad.
