Bad guidance whit trouble shooting. Only used it twice
It work twice as intended. Then I got the error code E17 saying that there is an errros between the communication with scale and machine. I looked everywhere online and in the user guide for a solution. Can’t find it. And uptill now I am still dealing with customer service…….. no solution Update sept 3rd 2025: No answer from Amazon nor the seller…..
