Great tasting product that really hits the spot when training hard.

Exactly what I needed, cheaper than at the shops. Easy to dissolve and a nice flavour when you have a cold! Not too sure if it actually helped my cold but a nice placebo effect regardless :)

I mix this and drink during a run. I’m not really sure if it helps or not but I tend to perspire a lot so felt it important to replace lost salts. I just use half a tab in approx 500ml so the taste isn’t great. Tastes a bit chalky to me and leaves my mouth feeling a little dry. I’ve overcome this by adding a small amount of no added sugar cordial and that seems much better. Price is good though compared to some similar products

These taste absolutely vile! I use different electrolyte tabs and I know they never taste great but I couldn’t even stomach this one on it’s own! That being said, it was much more tolerable with some squash added. I feel better after having one, but I most definitely won’t be having the orange and cherry flavour again.
