Light never comes on so I can’t pair, what am I doing wrong?

First make sure both devices are adequately charged. Make sure that the buds are not linked to another device near by. The buds will favor that device first. Before placing your buds in Bluetooth mode make sure your Bluetooth is turned off in settings on your phone. When you get your pulsating light on your buds turn on Bluetooth in your phone settings. The connection should be picked up very quickly. It would great if you turned off wifi and put the phone in airplane mode to form a direct link without other phone activity interfering with the link between buds and phone. By having Bluetooth turned off you are placed in control of the connection by initiating the on slide in settings. If this does not work you may be looking at a compatibility issue.
