Wow!! I was not expecting this quality for 40.00. I bought the 12” carving knife for a brisket I was asked to make. I have good knives but I wanted a longer one and was hoping this would do the trick. Have you ever been to a hibachi restaurant and asked where you can get a knife that slices through meat like a hot knife thru butter? Well. This is it!! I cut through an eleven pound brisket like never before. The hard fat, trimming the flat, trimming the point. Just smooth! I even accidentally poked my thumb slightly and had to get a bandaid. This knife is SHARP!!! The handle is very nice wood, not cheap plastic or metal. The weighted balance is impeccable. I’m buying the rest of anything they make. Wow!

I bought this knife as a gift for myself, and I absolutely love it. It’s incredibly sharp and cuts like a laser, making prep work quick and effortless. Since I don’t cook meat, I mainly use it for chopping vegetables and fruits, including tougher ones, and it handles them beautifully. It’s become an essential tool in my kitchen, and I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using a 10” dexter breaking knife and wanted just a little bit longer for butchering large slabs of beef and large fish. And the only complaint I have would be the price because after I purchased it I saw much cheaper prices for the same knife. The quality is very impressive and cuts are superb. I would recommend this knife to friends and family,You won’t regret buying this knife. Happy butchering

Bought this for my son who lives to barbeque and smoke brisket, etc. I could not wait for him to try it ... and ... he had nothing but praise for how sharp it was, how the angle of the blade made it perfect for cutting meat off the bone, the handel was very comfortable and made to fit the hand, and the size was perfect making the weight easy to handle. This is a great carving knife and a real value for the price.

Bought for a gift for my father. He k it's knife, uses the every day, and he absolutely praises this knife. It is wicked sharp, quality in its craftsmanship. Cuts like a laser. I rarely hear him praise something like this, he an 82 yr old, old school man, the king that walked up the hill both ways in the snow, barefoot. Kind of guy. He's an Ex rodeo, cattle working, calloused hands mans man. One heck of a great guy, not many people dislike him. Best dad ever. So I am very happy, that he is happy.
