Excellent Wet dry vacuum cleaner!! Easy to use! I always wanted a Wet vacuum for my hard Wood floor. Glad I bought Dreame H14. Loved it from the very first use. It vacuums and mops at the same time, saves time, and leaves floors clean with quick drying. Easy to use, self-cleaning feature is very convenient, and it works great under furniture. I feel it's worth the price for the convenience and results it provides. Will recommend

This vacuum was packaged with so much care. Not only was it inside a total of 3 boxes, every piece was carefully wrapped in plastic with more cardboard cushioning in between each piece. It was so very easy to put together, I thought I would need help but I simply did it on my own within five minutes of taking it out of the box! It was easy to fill with water, add the included soap liquid, and start it right up. I have a mixture of both hardwood and a thin rug and it had no problem going over both types of flooring. I am so pleased that it both vacuums and mops at the same time, and I was worried it would leave steaks like others I’ve tried but it was completely streak free! The best thing of all is after I was done, I wasn’t sweaty, out of breath, and exhausted like I usually am after vacuuming and mopping before I bought this unit. I don’t have an extremely large home, so I was able to clean my entire first floor on just one charge. The self-cleaning mode is amazing, the fact that the brush was dried after it was done, I was so amazed! I will be telling all my friends about this vacuum because it has made my cleaning life so much more easy and pleasant!

The Dreame H14 Pro vacuum and mop is a really solid all-in-one cleaner that makes keeping hard floors clean quick and easy. It has plenty of suction to pick up dust, dirt, and pet hair without any trouble, and the mopping side does a great job handling spills and tougher messes in just one pass. One of the best features is the low-profile, lie-flat design, which lets you clean under furniture without having to move everything around. The smart dirt detection is also a nice touch. It automatically adjusts the suction and water flow depending on how dirty the floor is, so you’re not wasting power or water. The self-cleaning and drying system makes upkeep super easy and helps keep odors from building up, which is a big plus for a wet/dry cleaner. It’s not perfect, floors can be a little damp afterward, and the battery might not last through a really big house, but overall, it performs really well. All in all, the Dreame H14 Pro is easy to use, works great, and makes everyday floor cleaning a lot less of a hassle.

Waste of money, smells awful even after you take the vacuum apart to clean it, drips dirty water out when you pick it up to put it back in the charging station, also drips dirty water when you run it over a slight bump (floor trim) doesn’t pick up hair. Do not buy this, I wasted $500 on this horrible vacuum.

This is a really nice and powerful vacuum! We have the Dyson as well, but I was looking for a wet/dry vacuum to help speed up the cleaning process. After intensive research decided to go with this one and I am super happy I did. It has different modes and can be used as a vacuum only as well. It works super fast and is pretty quiet. My favorite part is that we can add a cleaner. Now I do not need to wetjet after vacuum as it does it as the same time. Overall I love the design and concept. This make life a lot easier with 2 young children and cleaning up after them. Nice design and easy to put together and use.

I’ve used a few different wet/dry vacs, and the biggest frustration is always that they can’t reach under the couch or the kitchen table without the base lifting off the floor. The "Lie-Flat" design on this H14 Pro actually works—the body drops low enough to get deep under furniture while still maintaining full suction and water flow. It finally feels like I don’t have to move the entire living room just to mop. The cleaning power is impressive on sealed hardwood and tile. It handles "sticky" kitchen spills (like dried coffee or toddler messes) in one or two passes. The 140°F hot water wash for the brush roller is a massive upgrade over cold-water self-cleaning cycles. You can actually see the difference in how clean the brush looks afterward, and the fast-dry feature means it doesn't sit there damp and start to smell like a wet dog. A few things to keep in mind: Weight and Bulk: While it’s self-propelled and feels light when it's moving forward, it is a heavy machine to carry up and down stairs. If you have a multi-story home, you’re going to feel the weight. Edge Cleaning: It gets very close to the baseboards, but there’s still a tiny 1/4 inch gap that it can’t quite reach. It’s better than most, but not a 100% perfect edge-to-edge clean. Maintenance: Even with the hot water self-clean, you still have to be diligent about emptying the dirty water tank immediately. If you let it sit overnight, no amount of "self-cleaning" will save you from the odor. The Verdict: If you have a lot of hard floors and low-profile furniture, the lie-flat feature alone makes this worth the investment. It’s a high-end tool that actually saves time, provided you're okay with the initial price tag and the weight of the unit.
