This journey has been rather amusing to say the least. I suddenly found myself travelling in the night through the most vivid dreams I think I've ever had. Vto top it off, they were quite funny, intriguing and entertaining. It wasn't until I read other reviews that the penny dropped....an unexpected effect but have me lots to talk about and look forward to. Now for the main reason why I purchased these ....they worked almost immediately cutting out my cravings and since starting these on the 20th Jan, I have not lit another! Stickiness can be an issue but I found they stick better on the thighs than upper arms ...perhaps more surface area. Also however, you do need to press them down firmly for upto 10 seconds sometimes more time or even more presses but they do stay on for 24hrs or even longer ... I'm not longer using them now as I feel I can now manage and have done so far. So, overall they did their job including providing some amusement and I am extremely glad that I tried them. These have worked incredibly well for me so far, going from smoking for 24 years and then directly to vaping for the past 11 years (pretty much constantly having a vape in my hand). It's been a week of using these so far and it's been surprisingly plain sailing. Alot of people say these don't stick to the skin very well but I've had zero issues, mine are placed on my hip and stay in place the 24hrs until I change it. Definitely give these a try if you're wanting to quit!

Good if you want start quitting smoking, it leave sign on skin like glue when I remove ,what one thing is good it never fall down from skin .

Wash the site you want to place the patch on and dry well and the stick much better. I’m still using micropore tape to be sure as the patches are not cheap. Patches can be cut easily if you wish. They are helping me with mental focus and energy. No skin issues thankfully, so will try the max strength patches next time cut up even smaller while getting the same dose.

I smoked 7 cigarettes a day so I started on level 2. It took a few days to adjust to my new routine of not smoking. Although the patches take care of the physical cravings I sometimes thought about smoking because it's part of my daily routine. The patches are not very sticky and would either come off in the shower or during the night while I tossed and turned. Now I always stick a fabric plaster over it as added protection, and it stays on. These patches can cause vivid dreams, but you get used to it, and it's not forever anyway. It can make it harder to sleep, so I suggest you put a fresh patch on as soon as you get up in the morning instead of right before bed. You'll get an easier sleep that way. If you really miss the habit of smoking and are finding it hard to adjust you could buy a nicotine inhaler and puff on that for 1 or two minutes a day and gradually reduce the time each day. Don't feel bad if you give in to temptation. We're all human. Just do what I did and get back on track. You'll definitely get no satisfaction because your body is already getting nicotine from the patch, and it will make you feel a bit sick,so it actually helps to end the physical urge to smoke in a way.
