This journey has been rather amusing to say the least. I suddenly found myself travelling in the night through the most vivid dreams I think I've ever had. Vto top it off, they were quite funny, intriguing and entertaining. It wasn't until I read other reviews that the penny dropped....an unexpected effect but have me lots to talk about and look forward to. Now for the main reason why I purchased these ....they worked almost immediately cutting out my cravings and since starting these on the 20th Jan, I have not lit another! Stickiness can be an issue but I found they stick better on the thighs than upper arms ...perhaps more surface area. Also however, you do need to press them down firmly for upto 10 seconds sometimes more time or even more presses but they do stay on for 24hrs or even longer ... I'm not longer using them now as I feel I can now manage and have done so far. So, overall they did their job including providing some amusement and I am extremely glad that I tried them. I gave this a low rating initially because the first patch didn't stick. After trying a second patch and sticking it to my chest it worked perfectly. So in fairness I've changed my review to four stars instead of 1.

Wash the site you want to place the patch on and dry well and the stick much better. I’m still using micropore tape to be sure as the patches are not cheap. Patches can be cut easily if you wish. They are helping me with mental focus and energy. No skin issues thankfully, so will try the max strength patches next time cut up even smaller while getting the same dose.

Smoked for 13 years Started on the step 1 - highest (for 2 weeks) decided to drop down to step 2 (for 3weeks) then started on step 3 - lowest (for 1 week and decided I didn't need them any more) I went with how I felt. Some people may need to stay on longer. My brother quit also before me and he had been on the patches longer than I. All depends. Best place to put them in my opinion is the top of your thigh. Do not put any cream/oils onto the area and wait 10 minutes after the shower until you put on a new one. They sometimes flip up at the edges but still stick. I had no issues with them. Side effects: Itchy for the first 15 minutes then goes away. Red marks on skin, these fade. (I swap legs every day) Vivid dreams (these were super intense) Its been a total of 2.5 months and not had a smoke, I brought a vape to use. However, not felt the need to use it. If you are wanting to quit and you are questioning whether to buy these, I would say for the price they are, considering it's for your health, TRY them. It's worth the try. Kick it. UPDATE: it’s been 2 years this December (2022) and still not smoking. I tried so many times to stop smoking before using these and it didn’t work, i am so thankful I tried these.
