Finally a complex of B vitamins in a super high dose released over time that are not causing me to gag. I’ve tried many others but always gave up on them. Finally, after having found these tablets, I can boost my health. The smell is not as offending as that of the other tablets, however, they do smell a bit. This is a normal smell of B vitamins and not a sign of an inferior product like some people think. I don’t really mind the taste either because I can swallow them so quickly that I can hardly notice anything. The vitamins are really good and essential for vegans and vegetarians and definitely make me feel more energised and I can perform better in the gym. I wouldn’t say they are any better than the good quality ones I used to buy from a health store but the difference is that I can actually take these! I will be definitely buying only these from now on. This brand is becoming my favourite one for any sort of supplements.

I Like The B Vits All Together And Time released As I take a lot of supplements and finding ways of incorperating as many as i can togetther I am 83 Had HIP replacement and Shoulder job done ie Torn tendons suffered a lot of pain for years. However i am on top of it now, I will NOT Take Drugs. I also have a good diet ,All Th Best Anne

None of this type of vitamin are very tasty but this one is better than most

I used to spend a lot of money on Solgar products but this brand is much cheaper without compromising on the quality! Still high quotas of all the right vitamins, unlike some more affordable options that scrimp on the content.

These are great tablets which I have taken for years by recommendation. I am not keen on the smell but all makes of type B vitamin tablets that I have tried seem to have this same smell.

There was a really bad smell on these tables, and after having it opened for a few seconds the entire room was smelling. I took one and my stomach didn't quite like it as well, so I ended up throwing the whole jar in the bin. What a waste of money. I used to buy their Theanine supplement, but now I'm never buying anything from Best Naturals again.

Good product and price

I have been taking B Complex 100 for 40 years because we do not get enough in our food. Purchased it from a couple of different stores including Vitamin Shoppe. This pill is much smaller but has the same ingredients. I also have all the individual ingredients, such as B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, etc. in case I need to supplement.
