Work and sound is amazing then my puppate them super sad got them in sale now i cant even buy a replacement im sad about it. But definitely a comfort fit for all day and i loved the color. Thats why i bought them.the price for them had also doubled since the holidays

I got these on sale and so far they seem like a very good pair of Bluetooth earbuds especially for the money. I specifically picked the sport ones with the ear loops since previously other earbuds kept falling out. I've been buying cheap $20 ones from no-name Chinese brands, and they were surprisingly good fit the value, but I'm rough on them and they kept breaking. I was hesitant to get fancier ones for that reason. But these have ANC, "aware" mode, and multi point Bluetooth. That's a big upgrade for me. The touch controls actually work too, the cheaper ones I've had are pretty garbage. In fact the touch controls are a little too sensitive, I've bumped the main control when trying to adjust volume. But I might just need to get used to it. The EQ, spacial audio, etc., all seem good. Some 3rd party reviews I read said they didn't do much, but I noticed a pretty big change and improvement with each feature. I need more time with it, but so far so good. The sound quality is also very good. Again, coming from cheap throw away earbuds, it's a pretty big upgrade. I didn't expect great sound or if the others, but these actually do sound good and I can pick out individual instruments, and decent special effects. Mono mode seems to work decently as well, obviously you can't expect the advanced features when only using one, but it works. Changing modes works well, but the audio pause and voice announcement of the name of the mode is a bit annoying, I don't intend to change it a lot in the middle of tracks, but I would almost prefer a mode where there's just a beep and change to that mode. The full audio pause is jarring, but it doesn't pause the track either, so you just get a hard audio cut, the song keeps playing, you just miss that section of the track. Like once I get the modes down, I don't think I need it announced every time. Even just changing in the app got annoying really fast when I was trying to compare modes. I guess if you select the mode before you start a track then you'll be fine. But I wish I could disable and select a simple tone to indicate mode change that only slightly muted the track instead of a full mute. They are reasonably comfortable, but I found the best fit was when I had the right size picked for the silicon inserts. They do feel a bit tight, which bodes well for active use, but I could see them getting a bit uncomfortable with extended use. Again, time will tell there. Finally, the built in cable seems good in a pinch, but I almost wish it just had a USB C port I can plug into. I have plenty of USB C cables, but this limits how close I need to be to the charger. I bought a USB C female to male extender so I can plug it in further from the charger. It also hangs at an odd angle, the case won't lay flat with it out. It may not be that bad in the long term, but for me, I could have done without. The case is nice and slim, pretty pocketable, so that is nice coming from my last earbuds that had a bulkier case. Though those also got insane battery life and worked as a backup battery for my phone if I plugged it in, so that was kind of cool. But I realistically never actually used that feature what with fast charging. I'll have to see how battery life is with these. All features on will definitely drain the better faster.

I love love love these!! I've tried buying air pods instead, a few times, but these JLab ANC level are what work BEST!! It might be just a little less quality mic for phone conv, or I use the back ground setting wrong. But the battery life is so much better, they stay on beautifully, esp this updated model, the ear loops are slightly tighter, which means you can share the other ear piece with a kid! I have tried so many different brands, and different style JLAb , and this level model (not the sport) work AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Used for over a decade. The best!

I loved my Gen 3 and unfortunately lost one of them. I thought because I loved them so much surely Gen 4 would be even better! That was a joke. I'm on my second set because the first ones stopped having any listening type profiles and wouldn't do anything when switched. On top of that they reduced in volume to 1/4 of the starting potential. Now this second set, the right one works fine but the left one as soon as you put it in your ear Crack and pops so loud its at damaging levels. Almost like you put it on "be aware" and someone took an air compressor and went to town on the input. Also the case on Gen 4 doesn't hold a charge, Gen 3 would go one to two weeks with a single charge and constant everyday use. Gen 4 the case dies in two days. Extremely disappointing that with a newer generation of a fantastic product is so many steps backwards in quality and function.

If you ever used Apple products, this is not for you. I have been using Apple airpods pro on my runs but they kept falling of my ears due to sweat. So, I finally gave in and bough these over the ear ones. Compared to Apple, the quality of the sound in these is absolutely awful. It's like I am all of a sudden back in the 80s kind of quality. But, they serve the purpose and unlike many others, they have a transparency mode. The ANC is also not what I am used to with airpods but it will suffice. Pros: ~ noise cancellation can be turned on and off ~ they don't hurt the ears ~ battery life Cons: ~ quality of the sound ~ impossible to adjust without touching the touch pad stopping the music ~ very difficult to adjust the volume right while running with sweaty hands. Who thought the sliding touch was a good idea? All in all, they do the trick and work as suppose to.

While I have only had the product for a few hours, this is the third product that I've purchased from this brand. All three have been reliable and contenting enough to have recommended their products to other people. With the added features (including the app not mentioned in previous purchases), the overall value has only increased.
