Very high quality cable and packaging. I'm now able to run my ACER Ultrawide gaming monitor from my gaming laptop at the full advertised refresh rate of 180hz. Great value! A must have for gaming laptop users to get the most from external high refresh rate monitors. Highly recommend!

High quality feel to the cable. Functions well without any signal or connectivity issues. Good picture quality. I bit pricey for the cable but worth it over having issues with a lower grade cable.

Worked well to connect a Windows 11 PC (5080) to Apple Studio Monitor without any glitching. Was not trying to use webcam etc, just wanted image. I had tried several other cables which all had various levels of flickering/glitching, but the image is stable and clear with this cable. Knocked off a star due to the short length. Something to be aware of.

Unfortunately the description doesn't mention what the box does, namely that it actually doesn't work with a bunch of items, including iPad (as a receiver), which was my intended use when in video input mode (using CamX). I also connected it from my Jetson Orin Nano (DisplayPort output) to an external screen that has a USB C input, which I have used on other occasions, but it did not detect a signal either. The build quality is excellent, but unfortunately it didn't work in my situation and the seller didn't reveal the limitations of the device.

This cable is exactly what it says it is. It is an 80 gigabit DisplayPort cable with thunderbolt on one end. I can connect my personal m4 macbook air and my work laptop to my 5k2k 165hz HDR display with no issues.

It is a data cable, which is pass/fail. In my case, pass is a 57" monitor running office applications at 120hz on DisplayPort 2.1. Some gaming rigs can push the speed, but no one will exceed the data per frame. And it passes. Construction wise, the ends are sturdy and are very durable. I do not move that monitor, but it does plug into a laptop.

This is also a fairly nice cable. The braiding is secure without being too stiff and it wraps up easily for putting in your bag with your laptop or device of choice. The DisplayPort side has teeth so it stays in securely in the monitor and to take it out you have to press the button while pulling. The connectors do not have protruding fasteners outside the connector casing so I cannot see how securely the cable is attached to the connectors, but there is extra stiffening on the cable near the connectors, making me feel confident this cable will hold up over many bending and connecting/disconnecting cycles over time. The rose-gold coloured plating is smooth and should be corrosion resistant. I am unable to test the full 80Gbps bandwidth of this cable yet, but if there are any issues I’ll update this review. Overall, this is a well-built cable and comes in pretty nice packaging also.

Great short DP cable, works flawlessly worth it.

Does not appear to be bidirectional If you're looking to connect a USB-c enabled graphics card or laptop to a DisplayPort monitor, this cable will do great for you. If you're looking to connect a DisplayPort host device to a USB-c monitor, you'll find this doesn't work. At least, it doesn't for me. Zeskit support has been non-responsive and I'm returning this product.
