Just buy it! Cheap, sugar free and it works!!
Certainly comes across as more citrus flavour than aniseed, being citric acid and all, but not unpleasant and effective for the ridiculously low price. Though I usually use something mentholated/warming or an expectorant, being that this was sugar free I thought it was worth a try. I will be buying it again to keep in stock. If there was one criticism it would be that it isn't particularly soothing to the throat as it goes down, but it does work.

Great cough syrup.
I get a cough for 6-8 months of the year had the cough keep coming back now for around fourteen years. It's not new it's not down to smoking as I've never smoked, I've had chest xrays done but still it comes back. I've bought expensive cough syrups and cheap ones sugar free are my preferred as I'm a type 1 Diabetic but I have tried ones with sugar in. This is a decent cough syrup just wish I could buy it in litre bottles. Soothes my throat too. Good stuff would recommend.

Nice flavour, soothing, short term.
I liked the taste very much and found it soothing but not particularly long lasting. Glad it wasn't expensive.

It needs to be taken regularly in order to have some effects. I do see some changes but again the cough still there. Anyone suggests something better?
