My wife talked me into trying 'brick models' as she has been building them for a while now. This Mould King V8 was my first attempt at brick models. I LOVE it! I had an issue with the battery box/holder from this kit; it was missing a critical internal component. I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement ASAP. This kit was so much fun to build, no missing parts at all. Once it was all completed and I hit the switch to power it up, WOW!!!! I took a video clip of the working engine and sent it out to my people, including grandsons. They were ALL sufficiently impressed. A BIG thumbs up for Mould King! 100% 5 Stars. Made many models. This is by far the best project model ever made. not one peice missing, Instructions were stellar. Just take your time and it is well worth the money and time. amazed with the 4 different speeds and the engineering that went into this as other models that Mould King sells. Going to buy another one and donate it to the schools for anyone looking to understand how a motor is built. One suggestion. Place a small inscription of what part you are building on each page, ie, cam shaft, piston housing, fuel rail, valves etc.. This would put the Mould King over the top. as clear as the instructions are, it would be good for the builder to know what assembly he/she is making. Great job... Money absolutely well spent. Great gift for any engine enthusiast or if you just like to make models.

My husband and I thought this would keep our son busy for a while. He had it completed in about a week working on it maybe an hour at a time. He was very excited to build it and even more excited to show us after the build. We would buy again.

This is a great kit, all the parts were there and labeled. I have been assembling models for 40+ years. My only complaint is the directions. For the most part they are great, however a lot of the assembles need better detail. The problem is if you make a mistake early on you need to disassemble a lot of previous steps. There is no way a 14 year old could assemble this.... I would buy again just be ready to assemble and dis assemble.

This was a fun project to put together. The instructions were easy to follow. Just follow one step at a time. Easy to assemble. The electric has one speed. Part of the engine is a gearbox which allows the pistons to go at different speeds. My nephew loves it. There was a piece missing from the kit. But I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. So five stars 🎉🎉🎉 Much appreciate it!😊

I've bought from Mould King before, they make high-quality lego-compatible toys. This set is very impressive, and is designed to be a literal replica of how an engine functions complete with cams, valves, timing belts, fuel lines, etc. They also have a gear shifter on it so you can use it at different speeds. Very impressed with both the parts as well as the care that went into designing this item. You should be proud of yourselves. :)

On all parts. Just one for thé piston rod . ITS not flawless. Can you send me just that part please. Hé work but slack just a litle bit . Up that is not this piston how going to blow First . lol Thanks again .
