It works! I bought 2 and they held up for our entire road trip from Georgia to Ohio and back. And we had to keep taking them in and out holder to change dvd, plug in the device etc and it is still functioning well. Easy to slip in and out. Love it

This is literally the best headrest dvd holder. It has a stretchy material that can fit any headrest and an ample amount of Velcro that makes a great connection to hold the DVD player appropriately. We liked it so much, we bought another for the grandparents so we can just move the DVD player easily when they take our kiddo.

My wonnie 10.5inch dvd player fit perfectly in it. Was a snug but secure fit over my head rest. Definitely better then the original clip on dvd holder it came with. Those broke or got loose over time and wouldn't hold the dvd up. I kept losing the screw to it. This is also faster to take the dvd player in and put there is no reaching behind it to find the clips that you have to squeeze to release dvd player from head rest mount. Buying another for my daughter's.

Placement on the headrest was great for viewing. My front seats sit a bit higher than the car we would use on the trip, but even then that was a better position than the seatback holder. Since we'd be changing cars, I looked for one that was not just easy to install but that didn't need to be screwed on and still would hold the DVD player securely. Plenty of strong velcro holds it on around the headrest but wasn't bulky to bother a person sitting in the front. There is a velcro strap over the top to make sure it stays inside, but I found this more annoying than useful. Unless the car is flipping over, I'm not sure why it's needed. With a young child wanting to change movies frequently and a device that doesn't slide the DVD into the top but opens, I had to remove the player from the top which got annoying and would not have been possible if I was driving. (I got a DVD player from Amazon that was not specifically for cars but could be used anywhere with a laptop-style layout with a swiveling screen so it was also a bit heavier perhaps.) My device fit inside fine, though the bottom was a bit low and covered the screen slightly so I cut a toilet paper roll up and laid in on the bottom to raise it slightly. It did not seem to get in the way of the remote sensor. The front did cover the sound slots but didn't seem to affect sound quality and he mostly used the headphones anyway. The sides are mostly open, with straps positioned strategically to keep the device inside securely, which allowed plenty of room for cords either to plug into the car or for headphones. Was reasonably priced when I got it. Overall it worked great and I would get it again.

Very easy to put in your car. Strong material so I know it’s not going to move around while I’m driving or anything. For the dvds player for it perfectly. Really nice and definitely worth the money. Toddler mom approved!

I have the sylvania 10.1 dual screen dvd players and these fit perfectly. No problem getting them in the case at all, not too tight but holds them snug. The screen is not covered by the case at all. The buttons on the dvd player are covered by the netted area at the bottom, but are still totally usable. I have not actually put these in our vehicle yet so i dont know how well it fits on the headrest or if the case has any interference with the cords of the dvd player, but will update my review IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH EITHER. If no update you know they worked great.

Recieved items in mail today. Sent me two of the same head units so I couldn't use the banana wires so the kids can't watch the same movie together- not a complete deal breaker, but would've been useful. Picture quality is good DVD so not high expectations. Audio is outstanding very loud and clear. The movie itself works for 10- 29 min before it stops and catches itself. DVD picks up where it leaves off just fine. Product itself for the money is good deal. Comes with mounting units too that are stable.

I was a little leary about buying this but went for it! IT IS GREAT!! My son loves it! We traded in our van that had the DVD installed into it and we have been wanting a new travel one so we can use it in whatever car we want. I have been doing research for months and decided on this one! I also bought the headphones that they suggested and they were a hit also!! It is easy to install, easy to use. The only "issue" we have noticed so far is that my husband has a "loud" truck and without the headphones it is hard to hear. I did also buy the holder that stretches over the headrest and it is well constructed also but you do not need it, this comes with all of the supplies you need!
