Package arrived several days early, it was still fully frozen, and the steaks are really great! But yes, they're quite expensive, too, which makes me a little grumpy along with the seller...

Poor quality, HEB are much better. these are the ones the grocers have in plastic blisters for half the price of fresh.

Fine steaks but...
The filets were very good and well trimmed. But my package arrived thawed. The packaging needs to be better (using dry ice not Nordic Ice packs).

beef is well trimmed & easy to make. try it with sautéed mushrooms and it will be one of those meals u remember.
