Love that it steams and picks up what the vacuum missed. It heats up quickly, and is just so easy to maneuver and lightweight. I spray ahead of myself with my YL Thieves cleaner, to make everything come up quicker (can you say dog slobber and prints?) The head is narrower than many which I didn’t think I’d like, but makes it nice for getting under chairs, etc. Super easy to clean up after use. I want another for my vacation rental, because it doesn’t leave streaks behind and makes me think the floor is more sanitary.

I find it so funny when people do not read the manual, do everything wrong, and leave a bad review because THEY DON'T KNOW how to properly operate the device. This is BY FAR, the best floor cleaning product I have tried. I have tried vacuum robots, corded and cordless vacuums, Swiffers, all sorts of mops and this is the most satisfying product of them all. No need to sweep before cleaning. It sweeps and mops at the same time. Cleaning is SUPER SIMPLE. Just follow the directions! The only cons are the following: • Does not pick up hair very well. Everything else picks up without a problem. • Sweeping motion is slow. Just the nature of sanitizing with steam. This not ideal for a quick sweep. • Not for picking up existing water. Even thou, it will perfectly pickup and clean a small spill, the water reservoir is pretty small, since cleaning with steam does not generate a lot of liquid. Conclusion: This product is the best at deep cleaning your floors effortlessly, however, it DOES NOT replace your mop and vacuum. I will still need those for quick spills or spot sweeps. That being said, it is BY FAR the best floor cleaning device I own.

But actually, the brush roll is still dirty. I tried to take off the brush roll from the machine and washed it with water and soap. by my hands. The water turned to black. I had to wash it more than 2 times to get it clean😫 ___The steaming can help the floor kill bacteria, BUT it can affect the floor’s grout, causing damage, especially if the grout is unsealed or if high-pressure steam is used. It also can cause these floors to expand, leading to cupping (where the edges of title rise), crowning (where the center of title rises), buckling, or even cracking. >>>>>After I used the machine, my floor has cupping and crowing, and my grouts are damaged (the grouts are broken and there are small holes in long grout strips)😤>>>> Ants from the outside go in these holes to my house 😡. THEREFORE, I returned it to get my refund.

I left this video as a testament to just how well this unit cleans. My fiancé left fabuloso on the floor over three weeks ago and you can see it foaming up as I clean the floor. The upsides to this unit is that if you leave it in a space for roughly 20 seconds it will clean it completely. If things have been caked on for months and months this unit will clean it if you pass over in a small space. I found it to be better than the steam and scrub unit because it doesn’t redistribute your filth across the floor depending on whether you’ve changed the pads are not. The downsides are that the catch tray for the water is really tiny and you will change it many times on your first cleaning (I changed mine 35 - 40 times) . You will also want to order extra brush rolls as you cycle through your rollers as you clean. Overall I thought the product functioned really well for the price point. It is my suspicion that it is poorly constructed and will probably break and no less than three years but I hope that if it lasts 1 to 2 years that it will be worth the money. If you’re looking for some thing stellar that scratches every itch of your cleaning fetish this may not be the product for you because you’ll have to work a little harder to get your result, but if you’re budget conscious like myself, I found the best value in this machine and a little extra Work for the price point is well worth it as my floors are spotless, I get clear water in the tray now and my floors have never looked cleaner. It’s a good product, know that you’re getting something cheap and flimsy but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

We bought this steam vacuum when our son started solids and it is now one of our favorite devices in the home! It makes clean up after meals SO easy! No matter what he throws onto our hardwood floors - milk, water, pasta, rice, soup, cheese, berries, yogurt, etc. - this Shark Steam Pickup sucks it ALL right up! We use it and clean it out after every meal. Cleaning is super easy we just rinse it in the sink. This vacuum is basically our replacement “dog” that we don’t have to feed, train, or let out to go to the bathroom! ;) Added bonus: - I love that it uses Steam to clean and doesn’t require any added chemicals / cleaning solutions since our son is crawling around on the floor. - I also appreciate that it comes with a little stand to store it in and to dry the roller to keep your storage area neat/clean and avoid any mildew growth on the roller. My only real con of this item is that it doesn’t do super great on corners/right against the wall. But that’s a factor for any vacuum type device so I don’t think it’s worth taking a star away. I also wish it was cordless which I know is an option. Maybe we’ll upgrade someday!

No gastaría mi dinero de nuevo en esto, me deja el piso horrible, con manchas y marcas como rayas, lo compré en noviembre pensé que lo utilicé mal, pero lo puse en la primera línea, no forcé el rodillo, literal mi mano solo sostiene y voy a su tiempo, deja mucha agua, no jala los pelos de mis mascotas. Lo dejé de utilizar, quise darle otra oportunidad por que ya pasó tiempo y no puedo regresarlo pero decepción. HORRIBLE!

Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.
