This is an excellent product for the price. Highly recommend. Multiple heat settings, easy to use and maneuver handle, the thickness of the flat irons is perfect for short, medium and long hair. It looks sleek and very high end, comes in a great packaging and very durable itself. The long electric cord makes it really easy to work with.

It’s ok. It does the job. The other reviews about it snagging your hair are true. I just have to go really slow and it helps a little.

I spent many hours reading through reviews and trying to choose a new straightener after what became days of research I went with this T3 device I am very happy with it the clamps don't go down perfectly without pressure but all in all the craftsmanship quick Heating and digital design are fantastic

I really wanted to love this flat iron. The product itself works well - heats up evenly, straightens quickly, and the 9 heat settings are nice. But I had a simple question and contacted T3's customer service, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Their support was absolutely terrible. Waited forever for a response, got vague unhelpful answers, and felt completely ignored when I followed up. It's frustrating because the flat iron is decent, but knowing I'll get zero help if something goes wrong makes me regret buying it. Honestly, it's not worth the price. You're paying premium money for a product with terrible customer service. There are so many other brands with similar quality flat irons that cost less and actually support their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a Paul Mitchell straightner for over a decade and absolutely loved everything about it. Needless to say when it kicked the bucket I was so upset because those are not cheap at all. My husband and 13 year old daughter bought me this one to try and I am in love!! It's lightweight straightens my hair just as well as the Paul Mitchell one I had. I've had this for months and just now reviewing because I wanted to make sure it would last, I'm very happy with the purchase!

I have 3c/4a fine hair and I have never gotten my hair so silky! Plus when they say “one pass” they mean it. Must buy, ladies!!
